Lover boy

I was woken up in the morning to Pansy shaking me awake.

"Get up lover boy, apparently Dumbledore wants to see us."

"Don't call me that," I said yawning.

"Oh right, yesterday you were horrified at the fact that Ron was your soulmate!"

"Hey, don't be horrid. In light of new events I've learned to like him,"

"Why?" Pansy said gagging.

"Shut up Parkinson!" I threw my pillow at her but she dodged it easily.

"Get up." She said flicked her hair back and marching out the room. I groaned flinging the covers off me.

"Just great. Some Sunday love off Dumbledore." I muttered. I looked at Draco and Theo's beds which were both empty and frowned. I got dressed and headed to the common room where there was also no sign of my three friends. Crabbe said they left a while ago.

I thought back to what Pansy said about Dumbledore wanting to see us and set off towards his office. I saw all the others waiting outside, by the others I mean all of us with the marks.

"Thanks for waiting for me." I said sarcastically. Pansy chuckled. I walked over to Ron who looked nervous.

"You okay?" I whispered in his ear.

"I'm fine." He said but I knew he was lying. I laced my fingers through his secretly and saw his breathing steady.

"Where's Luna and Neville?" I asked looking around at the group.

"They're coming, I believe they spent the night together." Hermione said giggling.

"Longbottom and Lovegood!" Draco said in disbelief.

"We did say to get it over with, and they really do like each other." Theo said, he was standing quite close to Ginny and the girl didn't look bothered by him for once. I actually saw her lace her fingers through his like yesterday absent mindedly. Theo saw me looking and shrugged.

"Ah children, Professor Dumbledore will see you now." Mcgonagall came down the steps to his office gesturing us to follow her up. I squeezed Ron's hand once before letting go, I knew he understood I just hated doing it.

"They're here Albus." Mcgonagall said opening the door a fraction poking her head through.

"Bring them in then Minerva." Dumbledore said and she did letting us through. I had never seen the inside of Dumbledores office before just the Phoenix that stood outside. I knew Harry, Ron and Hermione had at some point but I wasn't sure about the others.

"Well I'm sure your wondering why I called you all here-"

"Actually no Professor it's because of these isn't it," Harry lifted his shirt up revealing Draco's gold name. I looked at the blonde who was smirking to himself and it made me smile to see him happy.

"I see you've already taken care of the first step. Is that all of you?"

"Yes Professor." Hermione spoke up, "I did some reading and we thought we'd take the first step in not dying."

"Yes and when do you plan to start the second?"

"I-" Hermione was interrupted as Luna and Neville burst in.

"So sorry we're late Professor, we got lost."

"Lost was it?" Theo said and I had to stop myself from laughing.

"I see Mr Longbottom and Miss Lovegood have already. Anyone else?"

"Yes Professor." Hermione said,

"And who may that be?"
