Chapter Fifty-one

Bzzz! Bzzz!

"What the hell? Is is morning already?" I mumbled, rubbing my eyes. No, it's still dark out. And my clock says it's 2:49 in the morning.

Bzz! Bzz!

Oh, it's my phone, who the hell is calling me this early? I picked it up while it was still buzzing. Denki? Why is he calling me? Might as well see what he wants, or he might keep calling me and I won't be able to sleep. And it's a face time too? I accepted the call and turned on a dim light.

"Denki what the hell. It's three in the morning, why are you calling me." I sat up and yawned, looking at the screen.

"Well, Hanta and I were thinking-"

"Thats dangerous."

"Yeah I know, but you know how we're allowed to go around town and whatever on the weekends?"

"Yeah, why?"

Hanta butted in, tilting the phone towards themself,"Denki and I are gonna get matching lip piercings and want you to come with us!"

I stared at phone in silence for a few seconds, and they started at me expectantly. "And you couldn't wait to tell me till the morning because..?"

Denki angled his phone back to himself, "Because we're going at eleven and if I didn't ask someone now I would forget to."

"Why do you even need someone to go with you?"

"Because I'm gonna do something stupid and Hanta won't stop me, or might even join in, and we need someone responsible."

"Plus we need you to do it specifically! Mina, Kyouka, and Hagekure are doing something together. Katsuki probably would say no. Kiri is redying his hair in the morning with help from Sato. And we're not close enough with anyone else!" Hanta added.

"I'll pay for lunch! Please!"

"Ugh, fine. But can I go to sleep now? I'm tired."

"Yeah! Thanks Keiko!" They both said, then hung up. Hopefully now I can get uninterrupted sleep.
