Is it true? Does he really think that? Does Katsuki... like me? I'm lying on my bed, trying to get some sleep, but after what Mitsuki said, I'm finding it difficult. How did I spend three hours thinking about him? It's one in the morning already.
"Wait..." I quietly whispered to myself. "If I've been thinking about him for three hours... does that mean? Fuck." I think I like him. Can I even justify that? I mean... he did tell me to kill myself.
He apologized, was genuinely sorry, and has been a hell of a lot nicer since the entrance exams. I've forgiven him. But what would Izuku think? Would he be mad at me.
No. I can't just let other people's thoughts control my life. That's it.
I'm confronting him tomorrow.

"Hey Katsuki." I shadow traveled to him, my stomach feels sick, why do I have to be so nervous.
"Why do you look like shit?" He barely spared me a glance.
I reached up an touched under my eyes, right, my eye bags. "I just didn't sleep well last night. No big deal. Anyways I was wonder-"
"Why the hell didn't you sleep well?"
"Uh-" Quick, think of a lie, "No reason in particular, just my uh... depression nagging away." I mean, I'm not completely lying, but it was more anxiety than anything.
"Jeez." He stopped and turned to me, "Listen, if it's my fault that your feeling depressed then I'm sorry, I don't actually want you to die." He grabbed me by the shoulders and looked me in the eye. "You have some fucking awesome potential to be a hero, but if you never sleep you'll never catch up to me."
"Katsuki."
"What."
"That wasn't the reason."
"Well fuck." He turned away and started walking. "But you should still get some sleep every once in a fucking while." Shit, I still have to ask him.
"Anyway... was what your mom said yesterday true?" My voice was a bit quieter than usual.
He froze for a second, and he took a deep breath, "Fine yes, it's true."
"Wait rea-"
"You're way better at those video games than I thought. I almost slipped up a couple of times during DDR." He avoided eye contact with me and blushed lightly. It's barely noticeable, but it's there. "Is that what you wanted to hear, short stuff?"
I was mad at that nickname yesterday, but I found a sort of comfort in it now. He seems to be ignoring the other part of the conversation from last night, but I think I know what his answer is without him telling me. I gave him a small smile and replied.
"That's exactly what I wanted to hear."

"Today's training will be a little different." Yet another day filled with Mr. Aizawa's dull and uncaring voice. "You'll have three instructors. Me, All Might, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you." Three teachers? Sounds a little overboard. Unless we're leaving the school grounds.
Sero raised his hand and called out, "Sir! What kinda training is this?" It's a good thing someone asked, otherwise we may not have known until we were starting the training.
Aizawa pulled a card with bright blue lettering on it, "Rescue. You'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that." That's pretty exciting.
