D.O - Cookies

"Right," You huffed, tapping the marble counter in your kitchen. "Shall we start?"

D.O, who was standing across from you, looked up at you innocently, chomping on a few chocolate chips for the cookies you were about to make. You couldn't help but smile at his wide eyes and silly Chef's hat.

"Kyungiee~" You whined, looking at him sternly.

"Mianhae." He struggled to apologize due to the amount of chocolate in his mouth.

You just rolled your eyes and looked down at the recipe, whilst D.O slipped round and looked down at the piece of paper too.

Whilst you were still scanning the recipe, D.O had taken a bowl from in front of you, grabbed the bag of flour and some scales, and was starting to weigh the flour.

Chuckling at how intense his stare was, you shuffled over to the big, metallic fridge and pulled out the milk. On your way back, you quickly fished out a couple of eggs from the egg basket on your counter, placing them beside D.O. He had finished weigh the flour and was now pouring it into another, much larger bowl. As you turned away from D.O to check that the other ingredients were out, you heard his name call out to you...

"Jagiya?" He asked.

Just as you turned around to see what was the matter, a handful of flour was thrown into your face, followed by the sweet sound of D.O's laugh. You just stood there, your face scrunched up, trying your hardest not to sneeze. You started to cough, feeling large clouds of flour poof out of your mouth and into the air, hearing D.O's laughing get louder.

You rubbed you eyes and squinted at him, smirking with a revenge plan.

"Ohhh.." You laughed back, watching D.O's face contort with his laughing. "It's game on!"

After cleaning yourself up a little, you kept your plan for getting D.O back a secret, although he pleaded that you tell him. You refused to tell him anything, hoping he would forget about it. Your amazing plan to get him back was to, when he isn't looking, get an egg and smash it onto his head.

The thing is, D.O was about to crack open an egg. You had to stop him so your plan would work!

"Wait!" You stopped him before he split the egg open. "Please can I do it?"

D.O looked down at the egg, thinking of a reply. Within a second, he handed you the egg, stepping back and letting you skip to the bowl, grinning widely.

Carefully, you bashed the egg against the side of the bowl a few times to get it to crack. Once it had, you used your thumbs to pries it open, letting the insides plop down onto the flour. You gently set down the 2 parts of the shell on the counter, grabbing another egg. You tried your best to act as naturally as you could because he was watching you intently.

After a while, D.O turned his back on you, grabbing a measuring jug and the jug of milk, about to pour it in.

Now was your chance!!

You sneakily took the egg and crept up behind him, trying not to laugh out loud. With one swift motion, you pulled off his hat and smashed the egg onto his head, stepping back and letting out an almighty laugh.

D.O turned around with a small smile on his face, narrowing his eyes at you. He ran a hand through his hair, feeling the cool liquid that was all over his head. He pulled away his hand and looked at it, grinning strangely and looking up at you.

"Oh no." You murmured, your laughing stopping.

Immediately, you ran away from D.O, hearing his footsteps run after you. You squealed, adrenaline filling your system. You ran out of the kitchen and around the house, all around the ground floor, your only resort was to go upstairs.

You heard D.O's laugh ring through the house as he ran after you, his hand out in an attempt to touch you with it.

You quickly ran into your shared bedroom, slamming the door on him and pushing into it with all your weight. D.O rammed against it a few times, making you scream and laugh, still pushing the door with all your might.

After a few seconds of calming down, D.O had stopped barging into the door. You weren't sure, but he might've gone away.

Slowly, very slowly, you opened the door, peeking around the door frame. He didn't seem to be there, but in the end - you were wrong.

All you felt was a slimy, gross hand squish your cheeks together.

"D'awww," D.O mocked you, laughing at your fish-face. "My little fishy~"

"Yah!" You yelled, furrowing your eyebrows and crossing your arms.

He still held onto your face, shaking it side to side with an amused smile. After a few seconds, he let go of your face, leaving a slimy, eggy smear on your cheeks.

You stuck your tongue out, pushing past him to the bathroom and storming in there. You ran the tap, grabbing your flannel and running it under the water, rubbing off all the nastiness on your cheeks. Turning off the tap, you saw D.O walking towards you in the mirror above the sink, a large smirk on his face.

Rubbing your face with the hand towel next to you, you felt some arms snake around your waist, pulling you backwards slightly.

You pulled the towel off of your face and looked at D.O in the mirror, leaning your head back on his shoulder.

"You deserved the egg, by the way." You giggled, looking at the wet patch on the top of his head.

"Yeah, of course." He scoffed, delicately pressing his lips to your neck and laying his chin on your shoulder.

You both stayed like that for a while, just basking in each other's presence, when D.O broke the silence.

"So," He said, grinning at you. "Are we gonna finish those cookies, or not?"

Sorry I've been really M.I.A recently, I just haven't found the time to update and stuff!!! Anyways, I hope everyone is okay and their week has been awesome~
