You were breathless, but you didn't stop. You couldn't. You wouldn't. You had to carry on. For him.

You finally reached the Hospital, which was surprisingly busy for a Thursday afternoon. All types of people were here, old people, women with screaming children, couples, a man with a bandage over one of his eyes, everyone. You looked around, scanning each person and gasping deeply for oxygen, trying to find a nurse or doctor to talk to.

After a few minutes of heaving air into your lungs, a tall, male doctor walked out of some double doors on the other side of the room. The man looked like he was searching too, but that didn't cross your mind.

You ran over to him quickly and stopped him from walking.

"Please, help me," You huffed. "I need to find my boyfriend."

"Kim Junmyeon?" The doctor asked in a low voice.

You nodded, dumbfounded at how he knew.

"And you must be, ____?"

You nodded again.

"Come with me, we've been waiting for you." He turned around, pressed a button by the double doors he had walked out of and pushed them both open.

He must've been the man on the phone, telling you the awful news. All you knew was that Suho had been in an accident, he hadn't told you what had happened, but he said he would fill you in with all the details as soon as you got to the Hospital.

The doctor guided you through busy, long, clean corridors, shuffling past other doctors and patients.

"I'm Doctor Lee," He boomed, pushing his chin over his shoulder to talk to you. "I was on the phone to you earlier, and I told you about Jyunmyeon's accident. He was in a car accident, just driving down a road not far from here. He reached a round-a-bout and just as he was going over, a car drove out fast and collided with his car, causing the car to flip over and gave your boyfriend some minor injuries. The last time we checked, he was conscious and talking, so the chances are he will be able to recognize and talk to you."

It took a while for you to process all the information, but eventually it did. He told he you was just going out for a drive, over to see the boys...

"Right, I'm off." He chuckled, pulling on his snapback backwards.

You walked out of the kitchen and into the front room, where Suho was checking his hair in the reflection of the mirror above the fireplace. You giggled at how serious he looked, until he looked at you with a raised eyebrow, then you tried to stop.

"Yah!" He whined, walking towards you and snaking his arms around your waist, picking you up swiftly. "Don't laugh at me!"

You started laughing as Suho whirled you around, digging his fingers into your sides. He gently put you down, but refrained from moving his hands. You both stared at each other for a while, just gazing.

"Be safe, okay? You rubbed the back of his neck, swaying a little.

"Aren't I always?" He chuckled, gently placing a kiss on your forehead.

That's all you could remember from before the phone call, which was about 40 minutes afterwards.

Doctor Lee guided you through a door and into a room, with lots of cubicles on each side, some of them had a blue curtain around them, some were open either showing people or empty beds.

He waved his hand at a passing nurse, that smiled up at him. You nervously followed behind his quick pace, dreading the thought of seeing your boyfriend in pain.

Doctor Lee looked over his shoulder at you, stopping in front of a cubicle. Inside, was a crowd of people around a bed...Suho.

You rushed into the room, choking down the burning tears threatening to spill down your cheeks. A nurse stepped back from the bed, pulling off the blue rubber gloves off of her hand and starting to untie the plastic, green apron on her body, walking away. You quickly scooted into the empty space, staring at the pale boy on the bed.

Suho was lying there, his dark eyes fixed on a point in the ceiling, hardly even phased at the needles and tubes going into his body. There was a messy patch of blood under his nose, a trail of it leading onto his cracked lips. He was unrecognizable, but you definitely could tell it was him. A thin, white blanket was draped over his bare body, his arms over the delicate cloth.

All the doctors had crowded down the bottom of the bed, all staring at his leg. You looked down, but immediately looked back. His leg was definitely broken, no doubt about it. You stared at Suho's face again, trying to read his expression.

Sadness? Anger? Despair?

"Jyunmyeon?" Doctor Lee called, laying a hand on Suho's arm, shaking him a little.

Suho turned his head to Doctor Lee, a small smile on his face.

"Hi Doctor." He croaked, coughing a little.

"There's someone to see you." Doctor Lee said, taking his hand off of his arm and placing it on your back, stepping behind you and slowly walking away.

"Suho?" You asked, a waver of worry in your voice. "Baby?"

He stared at you blankly for a few seconds, blinking at you. Then suddenly, his face relaxed into a sort of shock.

"_____?" He asked softly, looking up at you.

"Yeah," You smiled at him, some tears clouding your vision. "It's me."

Suho tried to move his furthest arm to you, but a small, female nurse stopped him because that arm was hooked up to an IV.

"Hey," You laid your hand on his face, feeling his soft skin on your fingertips. "Don't move too much, okay? You've been through a lot already."

Suho stared at you with his large, bloodshot eyes, giving you a small, innocent smile.

You leaned forward and pressed yourself gently against his body, running your hand through the back of his hair, trying not to push off the oxygen tube going into his both his nostrils. You stayed like that, not wanting to stand back and have him see your tears.

You felt a tear jump off of your cheek and onto his blanket, sniffing a few more back.

"Hey, are you crying?" He asked with his dry and raspy voice.

You pulled out, quickly rubbing them away and sniffling.

"No," You lied. "Of course I'm not."

He laid his hand on yours, squeezing it a little. He looked at you reassuringly, giving you a small, loving grin.

"Jagiya, please don't cry," Suho lifted his hand and gently pressed his fingers to your cheeks, tracing the small stains the droplets left.

"You're too beautiful to cry."
