"Please tell me why you tricked me into doing this again."

"You agreed to the bet, and you lost!"

"Yeah, I get that," You sighed, following your friend, D.O, back to his house. "But you never said that the loser has to clean the other person's entire house!"

D.O just looked over at you with a smirk.

"We agreed that we'd do a deed for the other person, and that's what I want you to do." He said nonchalantly, his eyes fixing on the street before him.

"Aishh..." You mumbled, looking away.

Earlier, during school, you and D.O started an argument in Geography class about 'What's the highest mountain in the world?'. D.O was adamant it was Mount Everest, but you read somewhere that that was a lie - that it was Mount Godwin-Austen. It turns out that the place you read the information from was wrong, and D.O was right. After that he couldn't stop smiling smugly and rubbing it in your face that he's 'more knowledgeable than you', but soon stopped when you punched him hard in the arm which made him leave you alone for the rest of the lesson.

D.O lead you down the busy high-street, then down a small alleyway leading to a quiet and serene road with houses lined neatly on each side.

"Hurry up, slow coach." He laughed over his shoulder at you as you were admiring the unfamiliar, quirky houses.

You quickly followed him as he turned down a driveway and walked down to the door of a small, sky blue coloured house with black edging around the windows and door.

"My parents aren't in," D.O said as he pulled his keys out of his pocket and pushed them into the lock. "I hope that isn't a problem."

You shook your head as D.O stepped in, holding the door open for you. You'd never been in your crush's house before.

Looking around at the large hallway you found yourself, you came to a conclusion that D.O may actually be a millionaire. The walls inside were an impeccable white, the top and bottom joining were a dark green colour, giving the room a very regal feeling. To the side was a brass coat rack with only a black cardigan on one of the many hooks, underneath it was a dark green radiator cover (obviously covering a radiator) with a light brown mat in front of it, where D.O was placing his shoes. The carpet you stood on was a beautiful mix of browns, stretching out up the stairs by the coat rack and also out in front of you, stopping at the door way for what looked like a large kitchen.

"Yah! ___!" D.O yelled, peering into your face and waving his hand in front of your eyes.

"M-Mianhae," You jumped back a little, blushing and pushing off your shoes. "Your house is amazing."

"Not really." D.O sighed, turning around and heading down the hallway to the kitchen.

You placed your bag down and raced after him, suddenly skidding about on the black, shiny tiles on his kitchen floor.

You grabbed one of the marble topped counters to stop yourself from falling over, looking around the kitchen/conservatory, the sunlight filtering in through the slits in the blinds.

D.O was fishing out a glass cup from a cupboard and placing it underneath the tap in the sink beside him, filling it up generously.

He turned around and lent against the counter, sipping on his drink and studying you.

"Would you like a drink?"

"Aniya, I'm fine." You smiled, looking around at the mix of wood and marble in the kitchen.

"Okay," He looked away awkwardly, letting the silence wash over you both. "Um, did you wanna start on the cleaning now? My room's kinda messy."

For a moment, you were very confused, but then remembered that you were here to do his chores.
