"A... A CRUSH ON URARAKA???" Midoriya asked, "N-NO YOU HAVE IT ALL WRONG I DON'T--"
"Name three things you like about her," Kaminari said
"Oh, well," Midoriya calmed down, "that's easy, she's nice, she's caring, and she can always make me smile."
"What are some subtle things about her that you like?" Todoroki asked.
"Well, I think the way she keeps her pinky finger lifted when she's holding something is cute."
Kaminari and Todoroki grinned at his choice of words. Midoriya didn't catch what he had said until he saw them grinning.
"I MEAN -"
"Not to mention," Kaminari said, "you get super flustered when she comes close to you."
"W-w-well..."
"And you blush so much whenever she is close to you," Todoroki said.
"Th-that's because..."
No matter how much Midoriya tried to think of an excuse for either of those reactions, he couldn't. The realization was ever so slowly accepted.
"Should..." he began to ask, "Should I tell Uraraka?"
"Can you even work up the courage to tell her?" Kaminari asked.
"Guys, I'm going to be the next Symbol of Peace in our world."
"Being the wielder of One For All doesn't mean you'll have the courage to tell her," Todoroki said, "let alone ask her out."
"Guys, I can do this."

I CAN'T DO THIS!!! Midoriya thought.
The party had begun about fifteen minutes prior. All of the girls had gone and bought single and dual color dresses, and the guys bought some different colored button-up shirts and either sport or suit jackets. Midoriya was wearing a cream colored button-up with a brown leather jacket. Uraraka was wearing a knee-length strapless dress that was colored and patterned similar to her Uravity costume. Midoriya had fully intended to walk to her, tell her how he felt, and hopefully, they'd become a pair like that. But the second he saw her in her dress... all thought and plan went out the window, and he was left trying to find Todoroki or Kaminari. Both of whom were with their girlfriends talking with different guests.
As for Uraraka, the second she saw Midoriya, her feelings welled up and nearly burst at his sight. She only barely managed to keep them down. To keep them in check, she decided to just hang around with Asui the entire time. She was confused with how often Asui would excuse herself and come back several minutes later, slightly blushing. At one of Asui's leaves, she tried to watch where she was going, only to lose her in the party goers.
Todoroki and Yaoyorozu were talking with Kaminari and Jiro. Both had ended rather tedious conversations with other guests.
"... really needs to just talk with Mister Stark," Yaoyorozu was saying, "He wants to revolutionize travel, and Stark is really the only one who'd truly be able to help him."
"If that guy wants an electric car," Kaminari said, "why doesn't he just ask Mister Stark to share that reactor tech or however he powers his suits?"
"He'd rather be self-sufficient," Todoroki said, "and your conversation with that musician? How'd that go?"
"You mean the glorified auctioneer?" Jiro asked, "I can't understand why people like his music."
