Midoriya and Uraraka were cuffed in the back of an SUV. They were both in civilian clothing, and their costumes were being held until further notice. One of the seats swiveled around, and a guy in a suit was staring down both of them.

"My name is Everett Ross," the guy said, "and I have a couple of questions for you two. One: Why did you come to Bucharest?"

"We couldn't let someone die," Midoriya said, "even if he is guilty."

"You knew this wasn't Accords sanctioned, and yet you came anyways?"

"A hero's job is to save everyone."

"Right. Two: You are aware you can be tried in a court of law for this, right?"

"But we're just kids," Uraraka said, "I decided to check up on the punishments of the accords a day after we were told about them, and they only apply for those over the age of seventeen."

"And what are your ages? Yours and the rest of your classmates?"

"Our oldest are sixteen," Midoriya said, seeing the loophole Uraraka was trying to jump through, "Our youngest are fifteen."

"That can't be right. You twenty have been here for four years. Were you seriously fighting Chitauri at only eleven and twelve years of age?"

"Our bodies don't age. According to Doctor Banner, if we were returned home, we'd probably return to aging, but as of now, our bodies are locked in a form of, as he put it, stasis."

"You know that this type of thing will be hard to explain to a jury, should you be fortunate to get one."

They stopped, and all three exited. The cuffs were released from them, and they were escorted to a conference room. Inside it was Stark on the phone, a chair next to him was turned around to where neither Uraraka nor Midoriya could see who was seated.

"So," Stark said, "not only did Cap come to Germany to save his old war buddy, but Broccoli Boy and Sandra Bullock had to come too."

Uraraka was about to ask when Stark clarified that he was talking about a star in a movie called Gravity.

"I had a call from Zuko," he continued, "that two of his classmates who didn't sign the Accords had left in a hurry. Didn't know where they were going. Then they turn up helping Cap with a fugitive." His attention turned to the guy in the chair, "I can't believe you were right on who it was."

The chair turned around, and Midoriya's and Uraraka's eyes widened in shock as to who it was.

"I told you, Tin Man," Bakugo said, "they couldn't just let someone be killed. Deku and Round Face have that much empathy."

"Kacchan?!" Midoriya asked, "What are you doing here?!"

"I told you, signing the Accords meant staying heroes. After you left, Icy-Hot told Stark, who told me, and I met him here."

Tony received a call from Secretary Ross. A couple seconds later, Sam and Steve entered with Natasha, Agent 13 (she never gave them her real name, not yet anyways) and a few others. Midoriya, Uraraka, and Bakugo were all told to excuse themselves while Steve and Tony talked. Midoriya and Uraraka had nothing to say to Bakugo, and he was admittedly disappointed in them. Several minutes later and they were allowed back in with the others. They watched as a psychologist began talking to Bucky, who was in a strange holding cell. Then the power cut out. Steve got the information for where Bucky was from Agent 13. He, Sam, Midoriya, and Uraraka went there. They arrived and saw the psychologist on the ground calling for help. Steve pinned him against a wall.

"What do you want?!" Steve asked.

"To see an empire fall," the psychologist replied.

Sam ducked from a whirring metal arm. The other three turned around and saw that Bucky wasn't in control of his body; the Winter Soldier was. He threw Sam into a solid part of the holding cell. Midoriya jumped forward, foot first. He was grabbed by his ankle and thrown out of the room. Uraraka ran at him low, simply wanting to make him weightless. Bucky swept her legs from under her, grabbed one of her legs, and threw her into Midoriya. They were out for a while.
