ALL THIS time, Pyrmont was just holding on to that tiny bit of calmness in him while suppressing the storm he just wanted to unleash.

Sobrang nakakagalit ang ginawa ni Dessert sa kanya. No father deserves to be removed of their rights to be a dad. And this woman beside him just did that. How cruel could she get?

"It was and if I could turn back time and foresee that our paths will cross again if I step inside this island, I would have retreated and stayed away," sagot nito sa kalmadong boses na ikinatagis ng bagang niya.

"But as you can see, you can only stay away so long, and now that I know I have a child with you..." He smirked darkly. "I will make sure I get my fair share of time with him. Kukunin ko din ang oras na dapat ay kasama ko siya habang lumalaki."

"Are you threatening me of taking him away from me?" She accused, moving away from him.

Binaklas nito ang kamay niyang nasa baywang nito. Hindi niya ito tiningnan kahit ramdam niya ang mata nitong nasa kanya.

"No, I'm informing you that I will take my rights and if you don't cooperate, fuck the law. I'm taking him from you," Pyrmont replied, his tone couldn't be more cold and threatening.

"If you can promise you won't let him down as a father, then I'll give you your rights. We can talk how we—"

"Save your words for now. We'll talk about it with lawyers around. I'm not really interested in your blubbering because I don't trust your words, nor do I believe you will cooperate."

Ilang sandali itong hindi nagsalita.

"My cooperation will solely depend on what's the best for my child—"

"My child, huh?" Pyrmont said it again in mockery. "That's our child we're talking about, hon." He gave her a sharp curt glance before looking back at Vegas. "Whether you like it or not, or you dreamed of another father for him, you can't alter the fact. I am the father of Vegas. He is not solely yours.
