(28) Making Amends

Miranda

Joonas and I had landed in the aéroport. It's been like two weeks or so and now I was thirteen weeks pregnant. Tommi was picking us up, I was so nervous to see the boys.

I tried to stay active throughout pregnancy with yoga and stuff. Joonas was helping me carry bags and stuff.

"Hey Mira you're back! My goodness you're glowing." Tommi says while gently hugging me.

"So nurse Rachel and Tommi, how's that working out?" I asked with a smirk.

"Oh it's working out well. So the boys made a bet, they're saying you're having a baby girl." Tommi says and I shrug.

"Actually we are having a baby girl!" Joonas says excitedly and wraps his arms around my stomach. My mind was racing to Niko.

"Yes that's awesome!" Tommi says. I laughed. Joonas brought me to Aleksi's house and we knocked on the door.

"Oh my God Miranda, look at you!" Aleksi says and I walked over to him and hug him. Even Joel comes over and hugs me.

"So when will you talk to Niko?" Joel asks me.

"I'll go tomorrow! I'm really tired right now." I say as the boys helped me carry my bags in.

Joonas

Once Miranda was out of the living room, I saw Joel and Aleksi look at me.

"Boys I need you guys along with Olli and Tommi and Niko helping me. Because I have a guest room at my flat and I want to make it into an nursery." I tell them.

Joel, Aleksi and I were making a list of what we needed for a nursery. Also we need paint. We sat down on the internet and looked up ideas.

"I would say a gender neutral colour is yellow. You could do the walls pink or something." Joel suggests.

"How about a nice lilac colour? Or lavender." Aleksi says and writes it in. That could work. I nodded.Especially we had a lot to do.

It was nerve wrecking but exciting as hell that Miranda and I were going to be parents. I just hoped that Niko wouldn't be upset with Miranda.

Miranda

(A Day Later)

I stood in front of Niko's flat door, it read 3B Moilanen on the door. I took a deep breath and knocked.

"Coming."I heard shuffling behind the door, I had to see Niko. My stomach was bigger then the last time. Niko opens the door, his brown hair piled on top of his head in a bun and he wore reading glasses.

"M-Miranda?" Niko asks me and I nodded. He invited me in and Rommi was rushing over to me. I laughed at the white feline.

"Hello Rommi, I missed you too." I said.

I sat in Niko's kitchen as the kettle was boiling.

Rommi jumped onto my lap was curled up there.

"Oh Rommi you traitor! I feed you and you choose the woman who crushed my heart." Niko mutters. I looked at the brown haired vocalist quietly.

"Niko I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. But I love you like a brother and I came here to ask you something." I say to the brown haired vocalist.

"What is it?" He asks me, sitting across from me. I sighed and take his hand in mine.

"I want you to be the Godfather of my child, if something were to happen to me. I know you would care for the child like I would. Especially you hold a special place in my heart." I whisper to Niko.

"M-Miranda I can't do it. I can't watch you with Joonas it's going to kill me." He says with a sigh. I had ruined everything between Niko and I.

"I understand. You don't have to." I whispered and got up to walk out the door. I was about to get up and I felt a pain. Oh God, it hurt. It was the baby quickening.

"Miranda what's wrong?" Niko asks concerned and I felt kick. I just simply grab Niko's hand and place it on my belly. He felt a kick and he smiled at me.

"Wow Mira that's  amazing!" Niko whispers while we stood in the kitchen. Another kick and the vocalist pulls me into a hug and whispers.

"Of course I'll be the God father of your child. I would love to be apart of your life too. I love you Miranda so much." He whispers against my half black and white hair. His hugs are so intoxicating, we heard a knock and saw Joonas.

"Porko! Your girl is here and yes I'll be the God father." Niko tells Joonas. I felt another kick.

"Joonas come quickly!" I said, he rushes over.

"Are you okay?" He asks me.

"I'm fine! Just come." I said to him, while I placed his hand against my belly.

"Is our little girl kicking?" Joonas asks while giving me a sweet kiss. Then Joonas crouched down before my belly and said.

"Hey stop kicking your mum like a football." He says and gets up, the kick stopped.

"So who wants to cuddle?" Niko asks us.

"I do!" I said with a laugh. Niko grabs a big blanket for the three of us. I was in the middle between them both. We decided on the movie.

"Oh Porko if you break her heart again! I'm going to kick your ass and I'm stealing her away from you." Niko says with a smirk and pulls me toward him.

"Yes I wouldn't hurt her again! I was daft back then." Joonas says.

I love Joonas and Niko, they were the two who always made sure to cheer me up. Especially for Niko he was there for me.

"You know I'm here with my two favorite people in the world and I wouldn't change a thing." I said to the brown haired vocalist and the crazy blonde haired guitarist.

"Indeed and I would not change a thing also." Niko says and holds my hand and so does Joonas.

"After all we're stuck together in a three way relationship. I'm the father, you're the God father Niko." Joonas says and we all burst out laughing. I loved these two.
