CHAPTER 4

LEVI's POV

Timeline: Arrival day of Cassie

"Lex, I called Archer to drive you home. Wait for him here ha?" We just finished practice and nagmamadali na ako magligpit ng gamit ko.

"Huh? Why? Are you not going home yet?" Natigilan naman siya sa pag aayos.

"I have to go somewhere twin. I'll go home after. I need to go na. You wait for Archer ha, stay here. Loveyou." I kissed her forehead then rushed to my car.

"Fuck! 8pm!" Napahampas ako sa manibela after I checked the time. I need to be there before 8;30 or else baka hindi ko siya makita. Sana hindi traffic!

8;30 Pm arrival time nila based sa PI na hinire ko. I don't have plans anyways, I just  want to see her . She seldom post photos on her social media so I don't have any idea what she looks like now. Though, I've seen her profile picture so dun nalang ako magbebase. I stalked her brothers instead.

While stuck in traffic, may naisip ako so I called my PI.

"Hello, sir." Bungad niya sakin. I know it's evening already but 24 hours naman siyang available to do the work.

"Give me an update when they arrived. I am almost there, na traffic lang. Alamin mo saan sila after." He agreed on the other line so binaba ko na ang phone. Pinaharurot ko na ang sasakyan when the signal turns green.

I arrived right on time. This is our airline by the way so I have the access to enter any time I want. Umupo ako sa mga seats sa may arrival area banda. I looked at the monitor and I check their flight details, Arrival expected time 8:30PM.

I felt nervous nung nag changed ang status sa monitor to Landed. Inannounce din na arrived na nga. I was wearing a hoodie kaya hindi din ako mapapansin.

Nabigla pa ko when I received a text from PI.

From: PI

They arrived sir. Naka denim jacket siya. She's with his brother and a girl. His older brother's at the parking, sundan niyo nalang po mamaya.

I just replied 'thanks' and checked the crowd na papalabas sa arrival area.

Parang kumakalabog ang puso ko sa excitement and kaba. Mas tumindi pa ang kaba ko when I saw his brother walking towards the exit. I've known his brothers, of course. Nakakalaro ko din sila before. Kaiser is now walking with a girl beside her. And then everything went slow motion when I saw her sa likod ng kuya niya.

My Cassie.. she is walking gracefully and fresh parin yung mukha niya even after  a long flight. She have long black hair now pink natural lips. I am now smiling seeing her pouting her lips kasi may nirereklamo ata siya sa kuya niya. Bugnutin parin, haha. She got taller now,dagdag pa na naka leggings lang siya which added curve to her body. My Cassie can be a model , huh.  Parang sasabog na ang puso ko ng bigla siyang tumingin sa  pwesto ko kaya tumalikod ako. Phew!

Dumaan sila sa likod ko kaya mas binaba ko pa ang hood ko. Shit! My car! I ran to the parking when I saw Caleb's car outside. Kailangan ko pala silang sundan.

30 minutes drive to their house and then maingat akong sumunod sa restaurant. Nahirapan pako dahil family event pala yun, her brothers and cousins knows me kaya  natagalan ako sa paghanap ng pwesto.

While they are busy eating, I carefully went to the restroom kasi naiihi ako. When I went out, nakita ko si Clyde na kinakatok ang pinto ng girls restroom. I heard him mentioned Cassie's name kaya kinabahan ako. Nagkunwari akong nag tetext and stayed at the door.

"Fuck!" Nagulat ako ng sinipa ni Clyde ang door and then umalis. I'm fucking worried. What the hell is happening? Is Cassie okay? Why did Clyde left her inside?

I heard her crying inside. I want to crash that door now and make sure she's okay but I cannot. I was about to get closer to the door pero biglang may tumatakbong babae papasok ng restroom . Yun yung girl na kasama nila sa flight. I heard her asked to open the door and gulat ako ng binuksan yun ni Cassie. I can see them from here because they left the door open. Parang dinudurog yung puso ko when I saw her crying at the girl's shoulder. I wanted to hugged her now and offer na sakin na lang siya umiyak. I wanted to take her pain away.

Mas lalo akong nagpanicked nung narinig kong sumigaw yung girl and there I saw Cassie lying now on the floor. She fainted, I don't know what to do. When I heard footsteps , pumasok ako ulit sa cr and narinig ko nalang ang sigaw nila. Naririnig ko ang gulo sa labas and dadalhin nga nila si Cassie sa hospital. I waited for silence and then lumabas na ako. When I went outside, I saw Caleb's car rushing kaya alam kong andun si Cassie. Nanghina ang tuhod ko sa mga nangyari. I went to my car and napasabunot nalang ako sa buhok ko.

Tulala ako sa buong byahe pauwi and hindi ko alam pano ako nakapagdrive. I stayed in my car for a few minutes then went inside.

"Yow dude! Saan ka nanggaling? We were drinking sa pool side. Tara!" Nakita kong papalapit si Zephyr sakin pero hindi ko siya pinansin and naupo nalang sa sofa. Napapahilamos ako sa mukha ko.

"Uy, okay kalang ba? Para kang namatayan ah...." tumatawa pa siya. Hindi nya natapos ang sasabihin when I grab his shirt.

"Don't fucking say that Zephyr!" Sa ganitong sitwasyon pa siya nagbiro ng ganyan. Nag init lalo ang ulo ko.

"Hey hey! What's with you two? Levi!!" Kuya Enzo removed my hands to Zeph's collar.

"What's your problem huh?" Hawak pa ni kuya ang bote ng alak kaya kinuha ko yun and drank it  sa abot ng kaya ng lalamunan ko.

Kita ko namang dumating si Kuya Raiden and yung kambal ko kaya pinalibutan nila ako.

"Lev, anong nangyari?" Zeph hold both of my shoulders for me to face him.

I don't know how to summarize everything. Everything happened too fast. I am so worried. I wanted to go there now and checked on her. I waited for her for 10 years and now ito pang makikita ko

"She was rushed to the hospital." I didn't expect na mabilis nag unahan ang mga luha ko. Nanikip ang lalamunan ko . I covered my face with my arms and leaned my head on the couch.

"K-kanina lang, I saw her beautiful face sa airport .. I am longing for that smile of hers na lumalabas pa ung dimples niya, tapos biglang.. one snap, she's having breakdown and then she's unconcious na sa floor. I.. i don't know. I am so fucking worried!" Hindi ko na napigilan ang mapaiyak . I did not imagine these things happening to her. She's too precious.
