"Fight! Fight! Fight!" an audience had crowded around the two figures throwing punches and insults at each other. They stood just far enough away so any punch that's thrown wouldn't hit them, where they stood cowardly watching the two fight.

The hallways were full of students getting their things, everyone in a hurry to get to class.

"C'mon you haven't gone outside since George moved back to England," Punz said giving Sapnap a slight push. "Yeah I have, I'm at school, outside of my home right now," Sapnap said.

"Yeah cause your parents forced you. If it was up to you, you'd be in your room crying right now"

"Now I wouldn't, I'm no pussy" Sapnap defended himself. "Yeah you are, stop lying to yourself"

Sapnap ducked under Punz's swing only to be hit in the face by an unexpected knee. He got up clutching his nose, before lunging at Punz an uppercut ready, he hit square on Punz's jaw sending him flying into the locker. It didn't take him long to get up and throw a jab at Sapnap, hitting him right in the stomach.

Sapnap felt his lunch slowly make its way up his throat before he forcefully showed it down again, leaving only the acid burning in his chest. He ignored it as Punz was running toward him way too quickly pulling both to the ground. He was on top of Sapnap holding his throat in a hard grip throwing punch after punch.

"Is anything wrong with Sapnap?" Dream asked Punz. "I'm sitting right here you know" Sapnap grumbled at his best friend. "Well if I ask you, I'm not getting an answer am I?" to that Sapnap didn't say anything. "That's what I thought, so what's up with him?"

"He's acting like a bitch on her period cause George moved back to England" Punz answered. "I do not! Fuck you" Sapnap brushed Punz's arm off his shoulder just as Karl and Quakity came by. "Hey what's up?" Karl asked. "Nothing, Karl come with me" Sapnap stood up and grabbed his friend's wrist dragging him out of the cafeteria. "I- what about my lunch"

"Fuck your lunch we'll just skip and I'll treat you to some Wendys" Sapnap stomped out of the cafeteria Karl in tow. Punz felt a little hurt by Sapnap leaving so abruptly without even so much as a goodbye, and of all people, he left with Karl. Karl and Sapnap used to date, everyone knew that, but they came to the conclusion they fit best as friends. Yet a thought formed in Punz's head, or more a memory came back. He remembered the video he saw, in one of the many sleepless nights he spent on TikTok. A random guy showed up at his for you page. Punz remembered his words vividly. 

"If a couple can be friends after their breakup, they either still love, or never loved each other to begin with it" Utter bullshit, that was his first thought, and if he wasn't so insecure he would be thinking the same right now, but he was too insecure for common sense.

When Sapnap was younger he had hated his mother for making him take gymnastics, but in that very moment when his legs wrapped around Punz's neck he couldn't help, but thank her. He pulled forcefully sending Punz's head to the hard limestone floor. Punz was still on top of him, but with his lowered guard Sapnap managed to turn them around so Punz was on his stomach, allowing Sapnap to quickly scurry off the floor.

Sapnap had never been good at fighting while down. Punz was also trying to get to his feet when Sapnap kicked him hard, sending him back to the ground.

Punz turned on his back in a desperate attempt to regain any control when Sapnap started kicking him. Punz closed his legs around the foot Sapnap had on the ground. Making him loose his balance and fall on top of Punz, in a rather suggestive pose.

"C'mon, just you and me... and whoever else is in the restaurant, but you get what I mean. We haven't gone on a date in like... forever." Punz pleaded. "I don't want to go out right now. I have homework" Sapnap said, a second later his phone started ringing. "Oh hey Karl" he was silent, listening to whatever Karl was saying on the other end. 

"Yeah, sure we can go out, What about 7 pm?" Sapnap was silent for a second and Punz felt utter heartbreak. So Sapnap couldn't hang with his boyfriend, but going out with his ex yeah sure why not. Sapnap's phone went back into his pocket and he looked over at Punz, just in time as the first punch was thrown.

One clear message could be heard over all the other shouting. "Gay!" The kid was probably new, or a freshman and wasn't aware of the two seniors relationship, but that didn't matter to the boys. Sapnap got up reaching out a hand to Punz, they walked towards the boy hand in hand the crowd parted scared of coming in their way.

The boy seemed to shrink the closer the two got, until they were right in front of him. Both Punz and Sapnap had a menacing smile on their faces. "Hey bro... what's your name?" Sapnap asked, his voice dripping with fake glee.

"Thomas" the boy stuttered out. "Ah Thomas" Punz raised his brow. "I hope you know that what you just did was the most childish, asshole thing anyone can do, and that you deserve what is coming to you," Punz said he took the boy's collar in his left hand, Sapnap doing the same with his right. They raised their intertwined hands slowly. "C'mon we don't bite. Do you understand that whatever's going to happen, you deserve it?"  Punz asked.

The boy visibly gulped before nodding slowly, it was such a small movement the boys barely saw it, but then they struck hitting the boy hard, letting him go as he fell to the floor.

They walked away hand in hand as if nothing had happened, their way of making up had always been a fight, it seemed toxic, but worked oddly well for the two. "How about we stay home today and go on a date tomorrow?" Punz asked. "I'm fine with that, as long as you're paying," Sapnap said.

"Well if you pay me back" Punz said with a smirk. Sapnap played along, "well I'm broke so I'll have to pay you back in... other services" he batt his eyes innocently before leaning up to peck Punz cheek. "Hmm I love you" Punz hummed happily. "Uno reverse card" Sapnap grinned. "Oh you fucker get back here!" Sapnap's started down the hallway Punz following right on his heel.

My cousin just found out I write stories for people and now she's looking at me in utter shock. I kinda forgot to mention that the stories I write are about two straight men who are way older than me falling in love, but I think I'll leave her thinking I'm not a total weirdo
