Jungkook

He lurched forward from where he was lying. He was in a dark room, wall made of obsidian. For a second he thought if he was in his cabin and this all had been a dream. But the bed he was lying was not the bunk beds in his cabin. It was large queen sided bed with black satin sheets.

He knew the room. He had been in here once. When he had went to the Underworld. He was in a chamber in the palace of Hades.

"I didn't think you are taken to Hades' palace when you die." He said out loud. His father was a few feet away from him sitting comfortably on a luxurious armchair. "Or is that a privilege? Being the son of Hades." Hades quirked his eyebrows.

"You are not dead, Jungkook. Can you not feel it?"

The god was right. He didn't felt like he was dead. He could hear the faint beating of his heart and warmth in his closed fist.

"Bu- but, that's not possible. The pillar. I was there." He stuttering confused.

"The pillar indeed was falling on you but didn't." It's not like that made anymore sense to him. His even more confused face made Hades sigh. "You shadow travelled, son."

Okay his head was blowing up right now. He remembered pushing Hosoek from underneath the column and he remembered pain. But as he rememberd he realised the pain was inside his head.

"But I -I can- n't shadow travel. I don't know how to do that."

"Are you implying that I am lying son?" Hades asked with a quirk on his lips.

"Of course not father." He looked down embarrassed.

"Your powers come to you when the time is right. Of course, I helped. You were already too tired, you couldn't have shadow travelled on your own."

"The giants. What happened? My friends." He realised panicking.

"The war at Acropolis have ended. You have won. But your friends are now at Camp Half blood, protecting it against the enemies."

"How long have I been out? I need to get to them." He asked panicked getting up from the bed.

"Just a few minutes. You don't have to worry."

He walked through the halls, nervously, Hades beside him. He didn't knew how to get back to the camp. He wanted to ask help from his dad. But did Hades wanted him to shadow travel back? He didn't knew how to do that yet. As he was engrossed in thought a huge familiar shape jumped in front of him, barking really loud. It was a hellhound. To be specific it was Mrs. O' Leary. A hellhound he had befriended on his first quest to Underworld.

"Mrs. O'Leary." He yelped as the hellhound started licking at his face covering it in hellhound slobber. He wiped his face with the sleeve of his jacket with a smile still on his face. "Hey girl. Long time no see." The hellhound barked happily again. Mrs. O'Leary was the only hellhound he had met who was this sweet. But she is still a beast while biting heads off monsters' bodies.

"She can take you back to the camp. When her job is done there she will come back. And you can always call for her if you need help." Hades said as he was petting the huge dog.

"I can?" He asked surprised. Hades placed his cold hand on his shoulder in affirmative. "Thank you dad. For everything. For helping us win the battle and helping me throughout this quest."

The face of god of the Underworld lit up with a genuine smile.

He was settled on top of the hellhound as she ran straight into the dark wall. For a second he thought he would crash into it, but he didn't. His entire world was then surrounded by the darkness and then it was over.
