A cloudy Saturday morning in November finds near all Hogwarts at the Quidditch pitch, ready for a fight more than a game given the last time Gryffindor played against Slytherin. As the  Gryffindor team exits their locker room I cheer loudly with everyone else.

"Merlin please let them beat Slytherin." Nikki says as the Slytherins walk out. I look at her with a raised eyebrow. "Malfoy bought his way onto the team."

"No one here wants Slytherin to win except Slytherin." A young blonde Ravenclaw says from near by. Nikki and I stare at her rather rudely for a second. "My name is Luna Lovegood. I have heard much about people's opinions of today and who is playing."

"So you're all caught up on the drama. Brilliant." I say with a shrug before turning back to the pitch.

Almost as soon as they take to the sky a Bludger races towards Harry. He dodges it and George flies after it, hitting it towards Adrian Pucey. Midair the Bludger changes directions though and returns for Harry.

"What the hell?" Talia asks, hands on the railing as she squints up.

"Is there ever going to be a calm game with this kid?" Brooks demands as Harry drops to avoid it and George hits it towards Malfoy. Once again, it swings around midair.

"I'll think that's a hard no." Jacob says as Harry begins racing to the other side of the pitch with the Bludger on his tail. "Bludgers don't target specific people."

"Um, I don't think you can say that again." I say as Fred, waiting at the other end of the pitch, hits the Bludger off course.

"Slytherin lead, sixty points to zero-" Lee Jordan says.

"It's the bloody brooms and this stupid Bludger. All circumstantial." Brooks says, hating how the looks of the game is going. I shake my head and look at my friends as there's a time out.

"Bets on what Wood will do?" Jacob asks.

"Seriously?" Nikki, Talia, and I demand in unison.

"Three galleons that Wood told Potter to catch the snitch at all costs. He'll call the twins off and let Potter fend for himself." Brooks says.

"Tellkin!" The girls and I snap together.

"Just a prediction."

"You're on." Jacob says just before they time back in. I glare at Brooks as his prediction comes true. Jacob is grumbles as he coughs up the gold. I roll my eyes as I pull my hood up, the rain falling harder now. I look back at the game just in time to see Harry flying like mad to avoid the Bludger.

I gasp when Harry stays still for a second too long and gets hit by the Bludger. He regains balance and flies towards Malfoy before flying towards the ground, stumbling more than landing.

"He got it!" I say, seeing the glint of gold in his hand.

"Let's go." Talia says, ushering us out of the stands and onto the pitch.

When we get there Malfoy is being told off my Flint, the twins are wrestling the Bludger into the trunk with the rest of the supplies, and Harry's fainted in the mud.

"Harry!" I get to his side. Soon his team, his friends, and my friends are there too. Sadly Lockhart joins us.

"His arm is broken. I can fix it."

"No, professor, he should go to the Hospital Wing." I say, trying to stop him.

"Nonsense, dear girl. I have cast this charm countless times." Lockhart says.

"Oh no, not you." Harry moans, waking up.

"Doesn't know what he's saying." Lockhart says to the large, anxious crowd around us.
