After saying goodbye to the Hogwarts lot on September first I head off to China to learn foreign spells I know I will have trouble saying. I had just made it to Africa when I get the Prophet from Britain saying Harry is in the Triwizard Tournament. I nearly choke on my food at that.
"Are you okay?" One of my new friends asks.
"Britain is a mess." I say, shaking my head. She just laughs at that.
I'm halfway done with Africa when I get a letter from Charlie telling me about Harry's fight with a dragon. I'm shaking my head the entire time. That boy is asking to kill Siri with a heart attack, something both he and Remus have confirmed to me is a sever possibility if this continues the route it is.
Dear Harry,
I have heard from several sources how your fight with the Horntail went. I never would have thought of flying, I'm impressed. Don't get too cocky now. That was just the first task and there are three. Charlie said you had to get a golden egg. After studying the past tournaments I suspect the second challenge will have to do with water considering the object needed to steal. Think over everything that has to do with the lake and what whatever's inside the egg has to do with it. I know you and Ron like leaving things until last minute, but this isn't exactly the time for that. If nothing else show this letter to Hermione and Ginny so she can save your ass like she usually does and Ginny can have a separate point of view (more than one point of view gets so much more done than you can possibly know).
How have Sirius and Remus been? They've told me that Sirius has nearly had several heart attacks and Remus' blood pressure is rather high, but, well, you know what I'm referring too, Prongslette. Just let me know if I need to make a quick trip to Britain to slap anyone for you. I gladly would. Just ask the boys, I never pass up the opportunity to let out aggression-I mean, to set someone straight.
Stay safe. Think smart. You're doing great, Harry. Aunt Lily and Uncle James would be proud of you (Aunt Dorcus would have her hands full trying to calm down Aunt Lily and Auntie Marls while dad would be both worried for you and laughing at Uncle James and Siri).
Andrea Prewett
P.S. Tell Ron I'm happy he finally got his head out of his ass for me.
"Hey, Ron, have you heard from Andrea recently?" Harry asks.
"Just a nice scolding after Ginny told her what happened between us." Ron says with a shrug. "Why?"
"She wrote to me."
"Why?" Ron asks.
"We kind of adopted each other at some point I guess, but here." Harry says, handing the letter to Ron.
"She's a git. She's not wrong, though. She loves beating up on us."
"You mean setting you straight." Ginny says, having overheard as she walks passed. "Andrea right?"
"Who else?" Ron asks, looking at Harry questioningly and he nods. Ginny reads over the letter and laughs here and there before looking at Harry in confusion.
"Prongslette?" She asks, handing the letter back. Harry blushes slightly.
"Something she and I talked about before she graduated." Harry says with a shrug.
"Well I'll think on it. I recommend showing that to Hermione."
"Showing me what?" Hermione says before yawning. Harry shows her the letter from Andrea and she nods. "You could always do your own work of course. Especially since you just got a major hint."
