We walked slowly thought the halls, until we got to the big room where the mattress was. I suddenly stopped and my eyes widened when I saw the amount of blood on the sheets. Itachi let me go and went to pick them up and threw them in the fire.

My eyes immediately moved to the blue skinned man with what it seemed a large sword walking through the door. "She is alive and well," he said putting the big weapond down, "I seriously thought you weren't going to make it," I just looked at him but didn't say a word.

"So Kisame, what did he say?" Itachi asked as he walked over to me.

"Anyways, I talked to the leader and he said you can kill him if you want," the man said walking inside the room, "but you will be in charge of finding his replacement and you got a few days tops." Kisame walked to the fire place and he poured some tea in a cup, "listen if you kill him, or if you let her kill him, we will have to find someone who can do all that bastard could do, tracking, spying, infiltrating, torture, you know all the dirty deeds without getting the Akatsuki involved." He looked straight at me, "but maybe you don't have to look so far, you got her."

Itachi looked at me and back at Kisame, "that is not an option, she will go back to the Leaf, I wi-"

"I'm not going back there," I said in a low but firm tone, "I have risked everything for that place since I was a kid, and..." I could feel a lump forming in my throat and the tears filling my eyes, "they didn't even come back for me."

"Izumi, I will not let you live this life," he turned to face me and grabbed my hands, "being branded a criminal, a rogue ninja, is not for you. You will live in hiding, running away for the rest of your life."

"What do you think I been doing? Nobody knows who I really am in the village, I'm leaving a lie, hiding who I really am" I pulled my hands from his, "to them, I'm already dead, but I'm sure you knew that already." Itachi looked at me giving me an apologetic look, then turned to face Kisame who sat in the corner of the room.

"Kaito is awake from that nasty dream you put him in, if you are going to kill him, now is that time" Kisame told him. Kaito, that is the man that Itachi mentioned, he is the one that did all this to me, I thought.

"He is here," Itachi said looking back at me "the man who had you." I looked back at him but didn't say anything, I never thought I was going to see that man ever again. "Either you can take care of him, if you want, or I can," Itachi finally said.

"I'll be happy to do it, too," Kisame said from the corner of the room, "I always hated men like him."

I looked at the Uchiha crest over the fireplace and I remembered the time I walked home with my father from the academy. Two boys were picking on me during school because I was a girl. I told my father how the boys called me weak and they said I would never become a good shinobi because I was a girl. My father laughed and spoke the words that until this day reside deep in my heart,

"You are an Uchiha like your mother, you are strong, brave and kind. Remember in this shinobi world being a woman is not going to be easy. You cannot rely on others, especially men, to get you justice. You have to get that on your own, you have to show them how strong you are. Don't let no one break you, and if that happens pick up the pieces quick. Get yourself together and keep going. You got to stay strong, Izumi, always..."

"No need," I said looking at both men, "I'll deal with him."

"Great, let's go," Kisame said standing up, "I can't wait to see you in action."

"Kisame, not now," Itachi said holding his hand out for me, "you need to rest at least one more day." I took a deep breath and the million ways to torture that man came to my mind. I could make him suffer all night, for days maybe. The excitement of making him pay for what he did to me took over me and I feel the bloodlust rushing throughout my body. I chuckled at how much I missed feeling like this. I could see Kisame watching me with a smirk on his face.
