[L/n] seems really tired recently. i've caught him asleep or dozing off in class multiple times in class.

at first i would help him out by using my restoration power on him.

by using this ability it would turn back his body by 24 hours and make him less tired. but it slipped my mind a few days ago which means if i use it now he'll still be just as tired as he was yesterday.

considering he admitted to sleeping on the hard wood floor of his apartment that's probably what's affecting his sleep but i don't know how long he's been sleeping there so i can't know for sure.

either way, whatever is making me think about him so much is also making me upset every time he gets caught by the teacher.

i could use mind control on just the teacher but if she calls on him i'd be screwed. doing it on the whole class would give me a headache unless i took out my antenna and that could end the world.

two of his more normal friends Zolbe and Takahashi were sitting near him and noticed his sleeping problem.

Zolbe being behind him and Takahashi to his right, whoever noticed him starting to fall asleep would not-so-gently kick him to wake him up. how the teacher didn't notice i'll never know.

and as if on cue, his head starts to drop into his palm. i don't sit to far from him so while i can't contribute to the bruises he's definitely gonna have on his legs, i can watch.

Takahasi glanced over at [L/n]. he got a smirk on his face and waited for the teacher to turn to write on the board before kicking his foot into [L/n]'s thigh.

his head shot up like a deer. he quickly shook his head and started taking notes again. if it's working i guess it's not that bad.

"seriously dude you have got to stop sleeping during class. what's wrong with you?" Takahasi asked him.

"it's nothing don't worry about it. i'm just having a hard time sleeping at home is all."

"it's probably because of that couch you sleep on." Zolbe pointed out. so they don't know he sleeps on the floor now? so it must be a new thing. "maybe you should spend the night at my place? we have a spare and my parents don't care."

"i'm okay Zolbe. it's sweet you guys worry though!"

Takahashi isn't actually worried. he thinks it's funny to kick you during class. he doesn't actually want you to get better.

'sleeping on a real bed sounds like heaven right now but i couldn't bother Zolbe and his parents. i'd feel awful even if it is his idea.'

so that's his problem. that floor is hard to sleep on, probably isn't good for his back either. but he feels bad asking for help.

i would help but we don't have a spare bed and he's made it clear he can't sleep on couches.

"she's gonna send you to the principal if this keeps up dude."

"uhh Takahashi. . .he's asleep again."

"ugh this kid is impossible." Takahashi groaned before sitting back in his seat leaving [L/n] to nap.
