Kusuo Saiki P.O.V

as promised i dragged [L/n] home and allowed him some much-needed rest. "nooo Saiki i'm fine!" just like last time, he tried to pull his arm out of my grasp. "you're like a child."

"you're the one who kidnaps me after school once a week." that's not what's happening here and you know it. my house is closer to the school so we got there fairly quickly compared to the walk to [L/n]'s house.

he did protested the entire way there however. and just like last time, by the time i got to the front door my hand somehow moved from his arm to his hand without me noticing.

i swear he does it on purpose. or maybe he doesn't? when i was fishing my pockets for my keys i noticed he was staring at our hands.

'when did that happen? did i do that? i know Saiki didn't.' so i guess he isn't aware of it. neither of us are complaining so i guess it's fine.

"sorry, i think that's my bad!" he noticed me looking too and loosened his hand so i could let go if i wanted to. i grabbed my keys and unlocked the front door. "it's okay, i don't mind."

i can tell he's antsy and of course i know why. i don't think he realized when i first told him i had telepathy but of course i know he has a crush on me. he's trying to avoid thinking about it now but he knows. we both do.

at this point it's one of those unspoken rules. something we're both aware of but won't talk about. then again it's something we'll need to talk about eventually.

luckily for me, both of my parents were out getting groceries together. this time i didn't have to worry about their incessant yelling.

just like last time i lead him upstairs and to my room. he tried to protest again but every time his head hits that pillow he almost immediately falls asleep. he won't get to study much for the test we have tomorrow but he'll be fine.

i sat at my desk and read one of the manga from my bookshelf. if i were a normal student i would probably be studying right now. but considering i can read minds and cheat as much as i'd like i have no need to. i only take notes because i could get in trouble by the teacher if i didn't.

i did happen to notice he moved around a lot in his sleep. it makes sense why he has trouble sleeping on smaller surfaces like couches. he probably roll right off.

he does look very calm, seeing him look so peaceful almost makes me tired too.
