why do i always think i'll have a quiet day after school is over?

"Saiki! Saiki!" what a pain, not these two again.

'Saiki! whatever you do! DO NOT. TALK. TO [L/N].' i can hear Toritsuka's thoughts from here. gross.

"Saiki! don't ignore me i have a question!!"

so do i ignore Toritsuka or [L/n]? considering [L/n] is right here, and Toritsuka is somewhere i think i'll ignore Toritsuka.

i stop trying to walk away and look at him. "okay, okay! close your eyes." yeah that's not happening.

"trust me!!" i do not. 'fine i'll do it myself then.' don't you dare-

[L/n] you idiot. well at least he succeeded in getting me to close my eyes. well, if i didn't he'd be stone right now.

he covered my eyes himself by pushing my glasses up and covering my eyes with his hands.

if you haven't guessed, i wear these glasses because seeing people with my naked eye makes them turn to stone. it's only temporary, it wears off after a full day. because of this power i had to close my eyes or everyone in the school would have seen him turn to stone.

"move your hands, i'll do it."

he moved his hands and my glasses fell back over my eyes. even though i didn't want to i kept my eyes closed. i can read his thoughts so i know he's not doing anything weird.

"cover! no peaking."

how annoying. i put my hands over my eyes.

"perfect!"

he starts rummaging through my bag. he's looking for my report card. he made me cover my eyes because he thinks i won't let him if i know what he's taking. well, he better hurry up and find it. Toritsuka is coming and fast. not really sure how he's involved but he's looking for [L/n].

"got it!!" can i uncover my eyes now? "oh, i got what i need you can open your eyes."

i uncover my eyes and stare at my report card. he's comparing mine to another one. i'm assuming it's Toritsuka's. speaking of Toritsuka, he's here.

"GIVE THAT BACK YOU BASTARD!!"

Toritsuka tried to take his report card back but [L/n] shoved them both in his bag. i still need that.

"if you didn't want him to see how bad your grades are why did you let him take it?"

"Saiki help me out here! he snuck up on me and ran!"

both of you are idiots.

"is it really that bad?" i grabbed Toritsuka's card from [L/n]'s bag.

"Saiki don't look!" Toritsuka tried to grab it but a hand to his face was enough to stop him. i'm being gentle, he's just weak.

when i opened the card to take a peak- oh wow.

"i've been tutoring him for months! he doesn't listen to me." he pulled mine out of his bag and compared them again.

"Saiki's grades are in the exact center of our school! he's the perfect average to compare, yours looks like dirt compared to his!"

"hey don't judge me! i tried my best!"

[L/n] just stared at him. you don't need telepathy to tell Toritsuka is a liar.

"okay i didn't really but still!"

"Toritsuka! i'm actually trying here!" he handed me my report card. thanks. i put it back in my bag and try to walk away. try.

"Saikiii, help me out here! he's making me look like a bad tutor!" why am i friends with you again?

"what do you want me to do about it?"

"hey! you two! don't ignore me give it back!"

i looked at Toritsuka, then put the report card back in [L/n]'s bag. just to make him mad. "you too Saiki?! what did i ever do to you?!"

'stupid Saiki. he's only on [L/n]'s side because he has a crush on him.'

take it back.

"you should help me tutor him!" absolutely not. "oh come on it'll be fun! we can go to my house, and have snacks, and maybe Toritsuka will pay attention this time." oh he's pissed.

Toritsuka looked scared and turned to me for help. 'get me out of this man.'

"you said i'm only on his side because i like him."

'oh come on! i was only kidding.' i could tell by the look on his face he definitely wasn't kidding. "pay back."

"Saiki don't you dare!"

"sure why not. i'll help out."

"aww thanks Saiki! you're the best! i can set up a time for next week if that's okay with you!" i nod in response.

this is revenge Toritsuka. it's only fair. you'll understand one day.
