silvia: in the living room!
she tried to sneak it but her mom walked in on her
silvia: hey? its before midnight what happened?
she turned the kitchen light on and her eyes went wide seeing all the blood on her
silvia: emily?! what happened!
she broke down crying her mom hugged her
emily: there was a drive by hes ok im fine he was helping joses son he got hit bad i tried to help him i called the ambulance and they took him but tonio had to come drop me off and he left i begged him to stay with me to stay in the room while things cooled down but he couldn't he had to go .. mom
she hugged her tight
silvia: its going to be ok hes smart by not staying those people can always come back looking he had to go do what he had to its ok? go change shower he'll call
she wiped her tears
emily: i don't wanna lose him ..
her mom sighed
silvia: emily hes going to be ok just go babygirl go take a shower relax catch your breath hes good on his word as you can tell
she rolled her eyes
emily: i get it ok we talked you don't have to talk down on him all the time things have been hard for him and well he doesn't know how to talk but im helping him
silvia: its having problems then being abusive its different but im not going to argue with you ok im sorry
she shook her head and went to shower .. she waited up for hours waiting on his call she started calling him after 4 hours of nothing with no answer the panic started to kick in
emily- where are you!! babe answer me!! please!!
she sat by the window crying .. she woke up randomly around 5 am to a tap on the window
antonio: haha hey
he was drunk ..
she slamed her window shut and went outside wrapped in a blanket
antonio: whats wrong?
she walked up to him and slapped him hard
emily: i was waiting for you!! i was calling you!! do you know what time it is !! and you show up fucking drunk!! i was so fucking worried for you i fell asleep crying by the window i thought i was gonna get that fucking text shit went down but rather coming to see me or fucking answering my texts you go get drunk!!! fuck you i hate you!!
he tried to hug her but she pushed him away
emily: i thought you where dead!! ... i was scared i prayed for you and you chose your fucking homies over me .. fuck you antonio go away you drunk
she shoved him again and went back inside he stood there tapping on the window over and over again
antonio: babe come on!!im sorry ok I am!
silvia- let him in before the neighbors call the cops he has no car they dumped his ass off
she got herself up and went outside
antonio: i knew you loved me haha
she slapped him and helped him inside
emily: lay down and go to bed and shut up
antonio: lay down with me?
she threw blankets at him and a pillow
emily: im sleeping on the couch go to bed or ill give you a sleeping pill
he tried to grab her she pushed him
emily: don't fucking touch me go to bed or ill leave you on the front fucking yard listen to me
he rolled his eyes and laid down and passed out ..
she grabbed a pillow and went to to the living room and fell asleep crying on the couch .. some hours went by
silivia: you kill him?
emily: waiting on the hangover to kick in so i can really go off on him you leaving?
silvia: yea to work you ok?
emily: no if the cops are here when you get back i killed him
silvia: don't end up like your sister just throw him out once and for all
emily: ill see
she waited for her mom to leave she filled up a cup with cold tap water and went into her room and dropped it on him he shot up
antonio: what the fuck?!!
emily: same shit i was saying last night when you weren't answering me!!! get up and get the fuck out walk home i don't care!!
he shook his head confused
antonio: what?!
emily: you said you would come back not to fucking worry you dropped me off at 11 antonio it was 5am when you showed up drunk someone dropped your drunk ass off what you don't remember you went that fucking hard?! as i sat here worried about you freaking out looking for you?
he shook his head
emily: look at your fucking texts look at the calls i was looking for you .. and you where just getting drunk fuck you get out
he put his head down and got up
antonio: im sorry
she shook her head
emily: i need a minute im just glad your alive .. please leave
he nodded and left .. she broke down
silvia-Mija
Emily- I'll be ok don't worry I'm gonna smoke out front ok?
Silvia- alright be careful
She ended the call grabbed her things to smoke and walked out to the front porch
Edgar: no shame haw? Haha
She shook her head laughing as she choked on a hit
Emily: what they gonna do get mad and call the cops? Haha wanna hit? How you been?
Edgar laughed as he walked up and gave her a hug and sat down
Edgar: I been good enjoying being home trying to work and stay out the hood haha but naw no smoking for me I'll chill though where's your man at? Your never alone?
She shook her head
Emily: good stay out the hood do good for yourself Edgar and he's uh he's somewhere
Edgar: mmm man problems haha
They heard a car park she looked and saw Antonio staring
Emily: huh you should go it was nice talking hit me up?
Edgar: you got my number and I live next door I got you on anything you know that emi
He gave her a handshake and nodded at Antonio as he got down
Antonio: what's he doing here??
Emily: what are you doing here? I told you not to come back?
Antonio: well you didn't answer my texts or calls so I decided to come over and check on you?
Emily: mm I should've gone to check on you last night haw? But how would've I known that you where out getting drunk and stuff?
He shook his head as he opened his passenger door pulled some flowers and a gift out
She hook her head
