emily sat back annoyed

emily: its all going in one ear and going out the other I'm over this

she put the papers on the table and gave them to him

emily: this is it you don't have to sign custody or anything because you never even signed the birth certificate so he's not tied to you I don't want child support I don't need anything .. this will be the last time you ever see me

emily rolled her eyes

emily: he wont be like you and I wont raise him like your mother raised you so shut the fuck up goodbye

she got up and walked away

antonio: ill be in your life forever you'll see me again trust me!

she flipped him off and walked out .. the fresh air hit her and she broke down crying

emily: I'm free .. its over

she walked to there car the guys where still standing outside with caine

looney: that fast?

miguel turned and saw her walking up

emily: how long was I gone?

looney: what 20 minutes?

miguel: yea there usually like 2 hours what happened?

emily: we would've started throwing things at each other if I stayed that long um same old went toe to toe he doesn't think its you Im with so I don't know who he think it is I chated on him with and like always he said no matter what he'll see me again

Miguel: what do you mean by always?

looney: he always said nobody could have you like he did that he would do anything to make sure

emily: he told you that? he would speak on our relationship?

looney: I don't know if it was only with me but he did and he gave off crazy ex boyfriend vibes if you get what I mean

emily: yea he always said if I left him he would find me and kill me but we're moving he doesn't know where or when or anything I changed caines last name everything don'e its over and he'll never see me or caine again

Miguel hugged her tight

Miguel: he never will dont worry

looney: I'm still tripping out on he doesn't think its Miguel?

miguel: he'll find out soon its me it doesn't matter anymore lets go fuck this place

they left and made there drive .. she never looked back she erased there memories from her mind she was starting new she wasn't going to dwell on the lost time with him she wasn't going to think of the life they could've had if he would've gotten together and most importantly she wasn't going to think the father he could've been .. he had the chance he had his son in his arms and chose to do wrong by him ..

emily: its my turn to be happy its my turn to live my life for myself and my son

she looked back in the rear view mirror and smiled at her son as he played with car toys..

they made it to texas a day later

Miguel: did you tell her?

emily: tell me what?

looney: she was asleep for the most part didn't wanna freak her out

emily: I'm up now tell me is letty ok?

looney: yup he started calling around the hood and I was the only one gone and this fool but he thinks he's mad at him and is siding with letty

looney: no there is I actually like letty and was going to try and get at her when I got back yea I know shes into girls more but I heard shes bi so I was gonna try but yea I don't know now

emily: we have a spare room here you can stay as long as you need until its safe for you to go back ok?

miguel: I already got the homies to pass him the message that its me you ran off with so you'll be able to go home soon

looney: naw I ain't gonna leave probably

emily: well if you decide to stay you have a home with us and letty is flying out next week so maybe its your chance to get at her while shes away from all of it? haha
