silvia: wheres that from?

emily: its his hes letting me drive it cuz he has to work early this week and he doesn't want me walking to school i get to use my license now haha

silvia: so its his? is it insured?

emily: yea its all set don't worry mom

silvia: its not stolen right?

emily: no its not mom ok?

silvia: i have to make sure i don't want you getting arrested to because of his stupid decisions look at your sister

emily: Marco was murdered letty was defending she loved him and i would do the same for antonio and wanna know what huh nevermind im going to bed i have school in the morning

she went to walk away

silvia: no i wanna know what you wanted to say haw? defend her stupid choices some more come on?

emily: ill defend her no matter what mom you know that but that's my car he bought it for me and we're looking into a place to i was going to wait but yea

she left her mom just standing there speechless ..

she went to her room got ready for bed and turned her light off ..

emily- i got into it with my mom i told her about the car and us moving out together left her there just speechless it was about my sister to and everything that happened but that's different

jose: your getting her to move out give her something to get distracted a puppy shit a kid or push her in school so she stays busy and away from her mom and tell her to keep yalls shit private

she ended the call and went to bed she got up the next morning

silvia: we didn't finish talking? you just left me there

silvia: your dad is a different thing ok and im doing better for you in the long run keeping my life to myself ok

she went to get her backpack and keys her mom followed her

she stopped and looked at her

silvia: if your gonna wait till your 18 to find your dad again and move out or whatever just do it now ill tell you what prison they have him in and you can move out i don't want that stoeln car in my yard i don't want connections to him i want nothing with that anymore

emily: ok ill come after school to get my clothes then

silvia: grab what you can now i don't wanna see you here take lettys things too there in bags in her room

silvia slammed her door shut

emily- we got into another argument shes kicking me out right now ..

emily- im throwing all my shit in bags fuck school i don't care anymore i don't!!

antonio- throw whats important in the bags ill buy everything else fill up the car go to school babe you have to ill pick everything up from the car i have a spare its ok

emily- is it ok if i stay with you though? what about your family?

she put her phone down and started putting everything important in bags and moving them out to the car one by one she grabbed there box of memories she had with her dad and antonio

silvia: whats that?

emily: this old shoe box was dads when he left i found it and i put all the things he had given me and letty and the letters i ever received and it has all of my and antonios pictures together ..

she put it in the car and went back in

silvia: emily here look

she turned thinking her mom was trying to apologize

silvia: i divorced him and i chose no contact so he couldn't get in touch with you girls anymore you can try and find him if you want i don't care here's your birth certificate lettys too and your social security cards
