Impulsive Judgements

Penelope is quite perfect if you look at her. She is pleasing to a human's eye, many people who admire her not only for her beauty, but also for her kindness and the positivity she spreads all throughout the crowds she goes to. She had hazel-green eyes that always seem to fascinate people because of how the two colors are mixed to each other. She has perfect grades, she is naturally smart and talented, and she plays the piano too. Recklessness is what people can say that is wrong with her.

Penelope loves adventure, although her mom hates the idea of her doing such escapades. It was never too dangerous to Penelope, she is aware of the dangers of everything, but she was still as careless as ever. Her mom tells her to stop but she refuses to. Her mother hates her friends because she think they are the reason for this, but in truth, she was more of a leader when they walk around to random forests or caves they find. She was a young girl, she was only 14, others see it as normal but her mom remains to be troubled by it.

Her mother named Paula Jones, is a surgeon. She is highly renowned because she is talented and was the creator of the medicine called "Ferlud". Her mom is always busy though, Paula regrets that and thinks that her not spending as much time with Penelope was the reason that she wasn't so careful with life.

Penelope, to her mother's eyes, has no restrain but she was always pretty wise about her decision. It was only her inquisitiveness that made her go home with dirt and bruises all over her body.

The Jones family has always been quite privileged, so the two have a big home and great lives. Paula was an only child, her husband is dead and gone. Her parents has passed away for quite some time already. They both had all the fortune the family got from generations to generation.

Today, Paula was away for another shift at the hospital. It was quite a bad time for her because of the rumors that are spreading around, everyone talked about her more and more each day. Many articles are circulating allover the internet that the Ferlud pills she had created causes sickness. Sickness such as stomachache, dizziness, and the worst of it all bone weakness. The Ferlud Pill was created for
brain diseases.

It was a Friday and it was afternoon. Pennie didn't like being at home all the time nor was she an introverted person he would love to sit down and read books. She does read books but if it wasn't for school or classics, she wouldn't read it. Reading isn't a hobby, going on her little adventures was. Nature was like a friend of hers, she has always loved climbing up trees, going far away from her mother when she sees a kind of flowers that she hasn't seen before, and going out with her friends to walk or bike around with them.

Pennie called her mother to tell her that she would go out with her friends. She was allowed to but she was also warned that she wasn't allowed to go anywhere near obvious danger.
Pennie also called her friends who were also allowed to go out.

Her friends were all already in front of the house. Pennie was there already, she was more excited than her own friends.

"Let's go?" Pennie asks her friends just to ask if they are all ready.

"Where do we go?" Said Lucy, girl with blonde hair, tied into two ponytails, both braided. She was smaller than Pennie. Pennie was already 5'5 and Lucy was just 5'2. Lucy wasn't as smart as her, she had average grades, but Pennie was the top of her class. She was kinder and nicer than anyone Pennie knows, Pennie was still kind but she wasn't always as positive and forgiving as Lucy.

"Yeah, what adventure do we have to do again?"
Annoyed, another one of her friends said. Abigail was also a girl, with her short straight hair, she had glasses and was almost as tall as Pennie. When it comes to her grades, she has above-average grades but not the top of her class, she was still smart, she liked reading but not the books that was required to be read in class. She liked all kinds of books. She has read it all, her friends say.

"Stop being so mean, let's just follower her."
The last friend said, this one was male. Johnny. He was taller than the rest being 5'9 at 15. Not the smartest friend in the friend group. Not as kind as Lucy, not as smart as Abigail and not as adventurous and welathy as Pennie. But due to most of their classmates opinions, he was the greatest-looking one. Pennie had admirers but more people liked Johnny.

The friend group became one because of Pennie.
In first grade, they all saw a 'secret garden' behind the wall of the school they attend. The four went there and was greeted by an angry old woman who was extremely mad at the four because they are terrorizing her flowers. The woman was so angry that they climbed back up the wall again as fast as they can all to escape the woman. Once they were 'safe', they all looked at each other and laughing hysterically, joking about the woman but still feeling sorry for coming without permission. Lennie invited them to go without seeing the house beside the garden, it was covered by trees when she saw it, so it caused a whole mishap.

Going all around the city with the bikes, they were again, met by the two way road. One to the left, one to the right. Today was quite different for Pennie. All the stares at school because of the news about the side effects of the medicine her mother created.

She was trying her best not to be affected by it but everyone, mostly Johnny knows that she was quite disturbed. They always went to the left road, it was 'safer' there. Less trees, more houses, less animals, more people.

"Let's take the left side today, huh?" She was not herself so much today, obviously, the other three worry and tell her not to but she already went there and the rest had no choice but to follow.
