CHAPTER 27

ALAINA'S POV

I want to date him.This same thought ran through my head again and again.I am currently lying on Adam's lap while he play with my hair.We haven't spoken a word since he came here. Why didn't I say yes when he first ask me?Now I am going crazy because I want him to be my boyfriend!

What if he rejects me?Yesterday when we fell asleep on couch together I felt safe and I didn't have nightmares.

"What are you thinking?"He asked narrowing his eyebrows.

"That I have never been this open to anyone even Riley!I never tell anyone this because they will all think that I am crazy or I am just a broken girl with a fucked up family.I was so scared to tell you because after hearing everything you will also think I am the girl that can't b-"He shut my blabbering with a kiss.

"What was that for?"I asked after he removed his lips from mine."I wanted to stop you from talking shit about you.And I really wanted to kiss you."He said.He wanted to kiss me,huh?

"Then why did you stop?"I frowned and smashed my lips on his.He looked a little taken aback but then he kissed me back.He grabbed my waist and pull me closer deepening the kiss.I wrapped my arms around his neck.Fire irrupted inside me as our lips moved in perfect rhythm.

I parted my lips to take some air but he slipped his tongue inside my mouth, intertwining our tongues.I nearly let out a soft moan as our tongues met.

I broke the kiss to breathe.We both were panting with the intense make out session.He started trailing kisses down my neck.

His lips met mine again.This time it was a little bit harsh.I smiled and broke the kiss.Our lips were red and swollen.we were both breathless.

We didn't say anything for few seconds."I want to umm.. ask you some-something before we even kissed."He said nervously running a hand through his hair.

"Uh-yeah!"I spoke looking down.I don't want to meet his gaze."Uh..umm Will you be my girlfriend?"He asked mumbling while fiddling with his fingers.Wait did I hear that correct?"Huh?"I looked up at him.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"He asked sternly this time.I am jumping up and down from excitement internally.A smile appeared my face as I say hugging him,"I would love to."

He picked me up and twirl me around.We both were laughing as he put me down.Few seconds later we calmed down and were just staring at each other.

He came towards me and cupped my face.He caressed my cheek before leaning for a soft and sweet kiss.I immediately melt into his touch as I smiled in our kiss.

"I am taking you on a date tomorrow at 7 pm sharp!"He said breaking the kiss.I just hummed in response.

"where do you want to have lunch,today?"He asked stroking my cheeks.

"McDonald!" I said grinning."Come on!"He said pecking my lips.I nodded and followed him to his car.
