Painful Thoughts And Memories

I can't feel my surrounds I can't see anything I only see you and you feel so familiar but I don't recognize you.
I look at you and I see everything about you and then I see nothing.
Can you please help me I say and you do nothing but stand and stare as I'm left clueless and feeling scared.
I'm alone with it in this room, help me please?
I'm breaking down, trying to scream but nothing comes out.
Everything aches and burns, I feel the emptiness of my surroundings.
Why does this hurt so bad, why can't I see my surrounds?
Why can I see you but not really see you at the same time?
Please please just...
