"Good job you two!" Zander said!
"Thanks.." Hailey said. "We should practice more though. The competition is up in 3 days."
"Aw, cmon Hailey! Can't we take a break!" Milly whined.
Hailey ignored Milly and continued "I've asked all our teachers if we could rehearse for next few days non-stop. They said that's fine and we could miss class. So, I have prepared some music notes for you Luke, piano sheet music for Zander, Milly, here is your guitar music. Jake, here is the song you'll be singing, and I have my part!" Hailey pulls out pieces of paper and hands them to everyone. "Okay, let's rehearse! Oh yea, and Sean, I sent the track to your email. DId you get it?"
"Yep." Sean replied.
"Geez, Hailey do we really need this much practice? I mean aren't we good already?" I said.
"Not at all Jake! How could you think like that?! Now, Sean, play the music! Let's do this!"
"Okay, 'Maam'" I said jokingly. Hailey looked flustered but started to sing. After four hours of practicing, Hailey finally let us go.
"Agh! Finally! Hey Sean, you up for some pizza?" Milly asked.
"Nah, can't. I've got to go get ice cream with Daisy." he replied back. I felt jealous. Why did Sean get to go get ice cream with DAISY and not me!
"Hey, Jake, you up for some smoothies at the smoothie bar?" Hailey asked. "Jake, hello?!"
"Oh yea, sure Hailey!" I snapped out of reality and walked down the hallways with Hailey.
