Lili stepped out from the cold Los Angeles airport into the bright California sun, a light breeze in the air since it was the beginning of January.
Her eyes scanned over the cars, looking for Drew's little silver car, finally spotting it near the end of the never ending line of cars.
"You made it!" Drew smiled, stretching his hands into the air as he stood outside of the car, then going to open the trunk.
"I did," Lili nodded as the two shared a quick hug before lifting her suitcase into the trunk, "Now can we speed off to somewhere I can give you a bunch of kisses," her voice was barely above a whisper.
"They've already got their photos," Drew nodded towards the paparazzi who were always there on the sidewalk, then shutting the trunk.
"What do you think the headlines will be?' Lili asked as they walked around to the doors of the car.
"I think it'll be a simple 'Drew Starkey seen picking up Lili Chase Mathews at LAX airport'," Drew slid into the car.
"Ooo or maybe a good dramatic one," Lili now sat in the passenger seat, "Like 'Drew Starkey seen hugging Lili Chase Mathews outside of LAX, dating or friends?'"
The two just laughed as they sped off to Drew's apartment.

Lili had been back in LA for a couple of weeks, workouts and practice for Hawkeye in full swing. Drew was prepping to head to South Carolina to film season two soon.
They were trying to find time to spend together but it was hard, both of them were just busy leading separate lives.
"Hey," Lili huffed as she answered the phone, the screen loading up Drew's face as she set the device in front of her, she was currently running on the treadmill, her trainer beside her.
"Can you bring a bottle of wine tonight? Maddie is gonna be on set later then expected and won't have time to grab any," Drew explained as he walked through a parking garage.
"Yeah of course! Can I come over early?"
Drew was having people over to watch some important football game, Lili didn't know anything about it but was down to hang out.
"Uhm, yeah, I'll text you when I'm home, I have a couple more errands to run and then a meeting," Drew smiled as he got into his car, "I'll see you later, don't work her too hard Hannah!"
