"Lilibug!" Uncle Jay smiled seeing his niece walk in to the waiting room just a day later.
"How is she?" she asked as the two hugged.
"They want to do a x-ray before they make any big decisions but she's still a little out of it, the wait for an x-ray is long right now, they think it was just a mild heart attack," Jay sighed as they went to sit down.
"When do they think that they'll get her in?" Lili asked as they both took a seat.
"They said hopefully an hour since she's a critical case"
"Can we go see her?" Lili asked.
"They're doing another test on her right now but when they come back we can," he nodded.
The two sat in silence for a minute, just waiting until Jay spoke up, "She's been taking her meds right?"
"I mean," Lili took a minute to think, "I think so, I've been in LA and New York, I assumed she was last time I saw her but I didn't ask"
They fell silent again as they waited.
Lili's phone buzzed in her hoodie pocket, a new text from Drew on her phone.

will doShe slid her phone back into her pocket as a nurse came out into the room, "Mathews?"
Lili and Jay stood up walking towards the women ready to listen.
The women just gave them a small nod signaling to follow her back to the room.
"Sorry that took longer than expected, we were able to get the x-ray right after the blood test, but she's back in her room, more awake," the nurse explained as the made their way through the halls of the hospital, the place that still gave Lili chills.
"Her doctor will be by in a minute, he's finishing up with another patient right now," the nurse smiled as she showed them which room was Becca's.
"Thank you," Lili smiled as the two entered the room.
"Is that my Lili I hear?" Becca spoke softly from the bed making Lili smile as she walked over to the bed side.
"Hi, Mama," Lili smiled, gently taking her Mama's hand in hers, "How are you feelin?"
"Tired"
"Are you in pain at all?"
"No just feel a bit weak"
Lili's thumb softly rubbed over her mothers knuckles, a small smile on her face.
"How did you get her here?" Becca looked past Lili at her brother.
