Lili sat there, the darkness surrounding her, only a slight glow from the street light leaking form the edges of her curtains.

We should take a break.

Those five words replaying in her head on loop.

We should take a break.

Tears streamed from her eyes.

We should take a break.

She had officially lost him.

We should take a break.

She couldn't catch her breath.

We should take a break.

Before she could fully think about her actions she called the one person she could think of, one person who had been there for her with every break up.

"Lili? What are you doing up?" Olivia's voice came through the speaker.

"Can you," she paused to wipe her nose with a sniffle.

"Are you crying?"

"Can you come to New York?"

"Honey, what's going on?" Olivia's voice got low and serious like it did when she got worried.

"He ended things"

"He?" there were a few seconds of silence before Olivia's eyes went wide and she sat up pin straight.

"Oh my god," the dots connected in her head, "Yes, I'll book the first flight out, you get some rest, please, I'll be there tomorrow"

"Thank you," Lili weakly smiled.

"I love you, Lili," Olivia said softly.

"I love you, too, Liv"

"Now please get some sleep"

"I will, goodnight"

"Goodnight," then the line went dead and Lili slid back under the covers, tears still slowly falling from her eyes while Olivia rushed to make another phone call.

"Pankow, if you can't explain to me what the hell that boy was thinking I'm going to fly out there and kick all of your asses," were the first words out of Olivia's mouth when Rudy answered her call.

"Well hello to you too," Rudy chucked.

"I'm being serious! Why did he do that?"

"And I'm being serious when I say I don't have a clue what you're talking about right now," Rudy shrugged getting weird looks from Austin and Chase, the three of them still just hanging out on Drew's couch.

"Drew just ended things with Lili," she said bluntly.

Rudy sat up straight, "He did what?"

"Go get him!" Rudy instructed the other two boys who both rushed off.

"He said he was going to call her because he was freaking out over these photos he saw of her and her ex?" Rudy tried to explain, "But we just assumed he was still on the phone"
