If I said I slept I would be lying I did not sleep all night just knowing  she was in the room right across from me I couldn't sleep I was still being bothered I knew how wrong it was to be here with her but I couldn't help it I had some decisions to make it's either I gave myself up so that I would have a future with her or i  keep running but what kind of relationship would we have if I kept running it wouldn't be fair to her she deserved more than that I needed to talk to someone it was 3 in the morning i couldn't wait so I called Lilly .

Jake " Hello Lilly "

Lilly " hey jake ,are you okay " ?

Jake " I'm fine thank you for asking , i needed to talk to you about something but now I'm not sure "

Lilly " About Mc "?

Jake " yes "

Lilly " is she okay , Did something happen "?

Jake " yes and no . Actually I'm with her "

Lilly " I see so what's wrong "?

Jake " I love her but I can never keep her safe. I'll always be in hiding . She needs someone who'll always be by her side I'm thinking about turning myself in "

Lilly " what  no you can't i won't let you, She can't let you do that "

Jake " She doesn't know "

Lilly " then I'll tell her , please don't "

Jake " if i turn myself in along with the information i found I'll probably spend 3 years in jail , then I'll be free for the rest of my life "

Lilly " i won't allow it , Hannah won't either ,mc won't "

Jake " i won't tell her I'll just disappear , you can't tell her Lilly "

Lilly " isn't there any other way ? Will she wait for you "

Jake " No, that's the only way , and I don't know . I just need a few more days with her "

Lilly " okay but just think about it "

Jake " i will "

This was the only thing i could do if i wanted to be with her , i heard someone walking around in the kitchen so i opened the door and looked out her room door was open so i walked down to the kitchen she was standing by the sink looking out the window .

Jake " why aren't you sleeping "?

Mc " I can't  i feel uneasy for some reason "

I walked over to her and stood behind her. She smelled of summer , of storms and Sultry , how did she do that?

Jake " talk to me princess "

Mc " promise me something jake "

Jake " Anything love "

Mc " that you won't ever keep any Secrets from me "

Did she hear my conversation with Lilly? Was that why she was asking me this ?. I didn't think she heard but It would probably be the best if she didn't know .

Jake " I promise love , but why now ?"

Mc " i don't know ,i just don't feel right "

Jake " i may have to leave , i can't stay here forever love "

In that one moment I knew I hurt her again because she bent her head and her shoulder was shaking. I knew she was crying . I wrapped my hands around her .

Jake " Will you wait for me? Please say you'll wait for me, love ?"

Mc " I'll always wait for you , even if i have to wait forever "
