I laid there crying that was all i could do my soul was crushed he didn't want to be with me i cried because i loved him ,i cried because he was gone for good i was dying a little bit at a time i heard the others walk in but i didn't acknowledge them i just couldn't I was in so much pain .

Lilly " Mc I'm sorry "

I couldn't answer

Hannah " you'll be discharged today come home with us until you're better please "

I just nodded i couldn't stop crying i knew my eyes were starting to swell but i didn't care i went home with Hannah i would stay with her until i was able to walk properly then I'd go back home .

Lilly " Mc someone named Chris keeps calling and texting "

Mc " it's My brother  , where's my phone " ?

Hannah " here we'll be outside just call us if you need anything "

Mc " I will thank you "

Hannah " I mean it mc I'm grateful to you , you found me and you've helped my sister , Thomas and my friends . Anything you want just let me know "

I just nodded after they left checked my phone 54 messages 45 missed calls oh boy i called my brother

Chris " MC where the hell are you "?

Mc " Didn't mom tell you i am on a camping trip with the girls "

Chris " she did but when you didn't answer she got worried "

Mc " Chris I'm an adult not a child "

Chris " I know but you're my little sister I'll always be worried about you. Where are you  " ?

Mc " we're in a small town called Ashview hills I'll be home soon "

After I hung up I sat there looking at my phone. I re-read all my messages with him from the beginning to end. I started crying all over again. I wanted him back.  Ten days I stayed there but I didn't say much. I could walk. I was heading home today. There was no use staying here he was gone they caught Richy and Dan so everyone was safe . As Thomas helped me put my bags in the car I don't know who brought it back but I had asked them to get my stuff from the motel I was at . Phil was out of prison too. They all stood there looking at me.

Cleo " you know you don't have to leave mc "

Jessy " yes stay here with us "

Mc " I'm sorry i have to get back i have work and my mom and brother are also there "

Hannah " if you need us just call us "

Thomas " anything at all just call ok "

Mc " I will thank you for everything "

We exchanged numbers and emails and I got in my car and started my drive home. The minute I was out of sight I started crying. He didn't text me nor did Lilly mention anything about him. My life would never be the same .

Jake

I was crushed when i walked out of that hospital i took my phone out and called Lilly

Jake " take her home with you until she's better "

Lilly " what happened "?

Jake " I love her but i can't put her in danger "

That was five days ago when i called Lilly it was always the same

" She wasn't eating "

" She's cries every night "

" she hardly sleeps anymore "

" She doesn't talk anymore "

" She won't come out of the room "

She was going to die. And me along with her i couldn't focus anymore , i had no interest in doing anything i didn't sleep or eat .  Would it be so bad to be with her Hannah told me she would be going home so i found her address and headed there i would be there when she got home when she left Hannah called me they didn't know i was here no one knew i went in through the back door her house was quiet and neat hmm she didn't have an alarm  i sat in the kitchen  facing one of the living room window and waited for her . A few hours later she pulled into the driveway then another car pulled in besides her i got  up and hid instantly i heard her come in from where i was i could see them  but they couldn't see me  he was hugging her who the fuck was he and why was he touching her the anger that filled me knew no bounds i was just about to make myself known when i heard her

Mc " Chris i get I'm you little sister but you and mom need to realise I'm also a woman an adult "

Chris " Fine then tell me why are you eyes swollen "

Mc " Chris I'm really tired i want to take a shower and go to bed tell mom I'm okay I'll be over soon "

Chris " fine fine but if you need me know I'll always be here for you "

Mc " i know you will "

I heard him leave a while later. I heard the car leave it was quiet  i heard her she was crying she was on the floor on her knees crying what have i done to her . I couldn't see her like this , i walked over to her and pulled her up to me her eyes were closed she didn't see me

Mc " go away Chris "

Jake " I'm sorry i hurt you love I'm sorry "

Her eyes opened instantly she held onto as if i would disappear ,she didn't stop crying

Jake " I'm here i need you to stop crying please "

Mc " you left me "

Jake " I thought it was the right thing to do , i won't leave again i promise . Now stop crying ".

Mc " okay "

I sat with her on the couch. She wouldn't let go of me and I didn't want her to .

Jake " who was the guy "?

Mc " my brother Chris "

Jake " i don't like another guys touching you princess  I'm not the jealous type but i am possessive especially when it comes to you"

Mc " no one is going to touch me "
