Thank you so much for 300 reads!

"Mr. Stark?" Peter said, once Clint had left.

"What's up, kid?"

"Well," Peter scratched the back of his neck, "You said earlier that you had something 'severely important' to tell me..."

Tony smirked at Bruce, who smiled back at him.

Peter looked between then anxiously.

"Well," Tony started, "your friend, Ned, has just been accepted as an internship here."

Peter gasped, covering his mouth.

"Mr. Stark!" He exclaimed, "that's amazing! Thank you so much! Oh my God, he's gonna be so excited. Is he getting an email? A letter? Will it come in the mail? Does he already know-?"

"Peter!" Tony chuckled, "slow down. He's going to get a letter in the mail tomorrow. Don't tell him before hand, please."

Peter nodded, "okay, Mr. Stark!"

"But," Bruce started, "That's not what Tony was really wanting to tell you. Was it?"

Peter looked at Tony in confusion.

"There's something for you, too," Tony said.

Peter cocked his head to the side.

"What is it, Mr. Stark?"

"Follow me," the man replied.

Peter and Bruce followed Tony to the elevator in the lab, and Peter became anxious to see where they'd go.

Peter looked at Bruce, hoping the man would tell him anything, but he simply smiled at him, before looking at Tony, who was looking at the elevator floors as the ascended the building.

The elevator finally dinged, and the doors opened.

It revealed a hallway, but Peter could hear people talking from close by.

"Just down this hall, Pete," Mr. Stark commented.

Peter nodded.

They walked down the short hallway, and the voices got nearer.

Then, they turned a corner.

It opened up to a living area; which contained all of the avengers, talking amongst themselves.

Everyone was there, it seemed. Wanda, Natasha, Clint, Thor, Scott, Bucky, Sam, Carol, Steve, and Steven.

There were a few missing, and none of the Guardians were there, but Peter felt like there were hundreds of them.

He looked at Tony for guidance, anxiety flooding through his body like a broken dam.

"It's alright, Pete. They're gonna love you," Tony said quietly to him.

Then, the man turned to the others.

"Everyone," He yelled, causing the room to fall silent as everyone turned to look at the three, "You all know I have called you here for a very serious reason."

Steven's cape flew at Peter, rapping around him.

Peter giggled at the cape, which was poking at his cheek with one of its corners.

"Levi!" Steven called sternly, causing the cape to go back over to the sorcerer, wrapping itself back over the man's shoulders.

Bucky yelled out, "Who's the kid?"

Peter flushed as he realized everyone had been looking at him.

"This is Peter," Tony introduced, "Peter Parker. Also known as Spiderman."

Everyone in the room looked surprised - except for Clint and Natasha.

"Spider man is a kid?" Sam yelled, "We were literally going to attack him if-"

His sentence was cut off by Steve, who slapped him over the head.

Peter was only slightly alarmed by what Sam was trying to say.

"Yes, Spider man is a kid," Tony said in annoyance, "but we've been working on improving his skills, and I have designed him a suit that will really help him."

"Soooooo," Thor started, "Is he an avenger now?"

Peter snorted quietly at the thought. Becoming an Avenger was only a dream, it could never happen in real-

"Actually, that's a very good question," Tony started, as he placed a hand on Peter's shoulder.

"Peter Parker, you are now an avenger."

Peter gaped at Tony.

He heard a few of the others laughing at his reaction, but right now he didn't care.

Tony smiled down at him.

Then, Peter hugged Tony.

The laughing turned into aw'ing, and Peter was glad his face was covered so the others wouldn't see his blush.

"Thank you, Mr. Stark," he mumbled.

"Anytime, spider man."

"Wait," Peter said, frowning as he turned to look at the others, "who told Mr. Fury about me?"

Everyone looked around confused, before Natasha raised her hand.

"I'm sorry, kid, but I had to," she said, glaring slightly at Tony.

"That's okay, Ms. Ro-"

"Natasha is fine, Peter," She smiled, "and welcome to the team."

"Thank you, Ms. Natasha!"
