Peter hobbled along the side walk, holding his side - which was one of the places he had been shot.
He got to Stark Tower and pulled the glass doors opened, breathing in the clean scent of the building.
The inside of Stark Tower was beautiful, and there were workers bustling about, a low him of chatter in the air.
He walked over to one of the chairs against a wall and carefully sat down, still clutching his side.
He was bleeding and there was still bullets in him, but his spider abilities kept him from dying or whatever.
He should be fine for a little longer.
He sat there for a few minutes, before pulling out his phone.
Peter
Mr. Stark, I just got here. I'm in the lobby now.
Mr. Stark
Great. Thanks for letting me know, kid. I'll be down to collect you in just a minute.
Peter
What!
YOU'RE going to get ME???
YOU MEAN IM GONNA MEET YOU????
Mr. Stark
Of course I am, Peter. Now be patient. I'll be there in a minute.
Peter
Okay, Mr. Stark!
Peter put his phone back in his pocket shakily; he was going to meet Tony Stark!
Peter had been texting him for the past month or so, but he never imagined he'd get to meet him!
He tried to hide his smile so he wouldn't seem like a fan boy, and luckily, it went away when he turned his head and saw Tony Stark walking toward him.
His face now held the look of pure anxiety and nervousness.
Before his nerves could get the best of him, Tony Stark was now standing in front of him.
"Hi, Peter," the man smiled.
Peter just gaped up at him.
This made Tony chuckle, and he nodded toward the elevators, "Let's go up to my lab, yeah? I've got some things to show you."
Peter nodded silently, trying to calm himself down.
"Don't be so scared, kid, I'm not gonna bite you," Tony joked.
"S-Sorry," Peter stuttered, following Tony to the elevators, unaware of all the eyes looking at them, "I- You're just- I mean- You're my idol- Oh God, well you know, I just really look up to you and we've been talking for forever and I never thought I'd meet you in real life so this is kinda crazy and I-"
Peter stopped talking when Tony raised an eye brow at him, a smirk on his lips.
Peter's face flushed, realizing he has just stuttered his way into his grave from embarrassment.
He didn't talk while they were in the elevator, and he didn't talk as they walked to Tony's personal lab.
But, once they got there, Tony turned to him.
"Listen, kid, there's someone in there who I want you to meet. Then, I'll show you something I made for you."
"Y-You...made me something?" Peter asked in astonishment.
Tony nodded, his face blank, "Yes, but first we're going to have a chat with someone.
Peter gulped, and stood back as Tony opened the door to his lab.
Sitting on one of the work tables, was none other than Nick Fury.
