Sorry I've been lacking in my updates lately. Anyway, happy late Halloween to all of you who celebrates it. Also sorry I'm advance because this chapter kinda sucks ass.

Peter was buzzing with excitement.

Today was Ned's first day working at Stark Tower for his internship.

Tony had told Peter the day before that Ned would be working with Bruce most of the time on the 59th floor.

Now, Peter was in the lab with Bruce and Tony, waiting for his friend to get there.

He was climbing on the ceiling, ignoring Tony's protests to get down before he 'unsticks and hurts himself.'

Like that would happen, Peter scoffed.

Peter may have been crawling around the ceiling, but he was also keeping an eye on Tony and Bruce, who were sitting a little too close together, talking quietly to one another.

He wanted to laugh at how they were both turned completely towards each other.

"Peter," Tony said suddenly, "I think Ned just got here."

"What!" Peter exclaimed, before unsticking to the ceiling and falling to the floor with a crash.

"Peter!" Bruce and Tony said at the same time, rushing over to the boy.

"What did I just tell you would happen, Peter?" Tony yelled, picking the boy up from the floor.

"Sorry, Mr. Stark," Peter said, a sheepish grin on his face.

Tony just rolled his eyes, before the door of the lab opened.

Ned came in first, followed by the man who was showing him around.

"Ned!" Peter yelled, running over to his friend.

"Peter!" Ned yelled back, hugging his friend.

But then Ned turned to Tony and Bruce, and gasped comically loud at the sight of the two avengers.

"Oh my God," he said excitedly, "You're Tony Stark and Bruce Banner!"

The two men smiled, and Peter hid his laugh behind his hand.

"That we are, Ted," Tony said, "but please, just call us Bruce and Tony."

When he said that, he looked at Peter, raising a brow.

Peter didn't notice what Tony was trying to subtly tell him, but he did notice what he called Ned.

"It's Ned, Mr. Stark," he corrected.

Tony facepalmed.

Bruce stepped forward and began formally introducing himself to Ned, since they would be working together now and Bruce was his boss.

Peter just stood there in excitement.

He pulled out his phone really quick.

Peter

Mr. Stark, can we get pizza later?

Tony's phone buzzed, and when he checked the text, he looked at Peter with a raised brow.

Mr. Stark

Sure, kid. Once Ned gets settled in you and I can go downtown and get some.

But don't tell the others, because their naggy asses will try to join us.

Peter

Thanks, Mr. Stark!

Mr. Stark

Pete, please just call me Tony.

Peter

No thanks, Mr. Stark!

Then Peter put his phone away, making Tony glare at him.

"Alright, well," Bruce said, "I think Ned here is all set to go."

Twenty three minutes later (Peter counted), he and Tony were walking in to a pizza place, Happy trailing behind them to keep back the small group of paparazzi following the two.

Peter was hopping around in excitement.

This was the first time he and Tony were going out somewhere.

Peter felt like a true avenger, hanging out with one of them outside of the tower.

"Hi there," Tony said to the man at the cash register, "can we get one large pepperoni, one large three meat, and-"

"A large Hawaiian, please!" Peter said.

Both Happy and Tony looked at him like he was crazy.

"Oh, come on, guys!" He said in mock offence, while the cashier typed in their orders, "Hawaiian is great!"

"You're crazy," Happy muttered, the slightest smile on his face.

"Will that be all for you today?" The cashier asked.

He sounded dead inside.

"And we also need three large Coke's please," Peter added, glancing at Tony, who nodded in approval.

"That will be $17.25." (I literally pulled that number from my ass)

Tony handed over a fifty, "keep the change."

The cashier was visibly surprised, and he smiled great fully up at Tony, "Thank you, sir!"

Peter also put five dollars into the tip jar while the cashier wasn't looking.

Once they had gotten their food, the three of them sat in a table in the back of the restaurant, eating their food silently.

"Mr. Stark?" Peter asked.

"What's up, Pete?"

"Do you think if someone put their hand in a vacuum chamber for long enough, their veins would pop and then they'd bleed to death?"

Happy just dropped his mouth, his brows furrowed in surprise and disgust.

"Peter," Tony started, "What the actual hell is wrong with you?"

Peter just giggled, taking a big bite out of his pizza.

Later that day, once the three got back to the tower, the others started whining about how they weren't invited to the little pizza outing.
