Soomin opened her eyes, feeling dizzy and sitting up as a strong headache welcomed her
Where am I?
She looked around her surroundings only to realise she was nowhere other than a hospital room, a private one to be specific
"Ms.Park," the nurse starled her as her head turned to the direction of the voice "you're finally awake"
A frown formed on her face "finally?"
"You passed out for several hours because you miscarriaged and your body was too weak"
Right... I miscarriaged..
"Let me check the baby and then I can let the boy outside see you"
"The baby..?" She asked the nurse who was preparing everything for the check-up
"Didn't I miscarriaged? How is it possible?" It wasn't possible, the baby was dead if she miscarriaged, shouldn't they remove the dead fetus from her stomach?
"You did miscarriaged ms.Park, but you were pregnant with twins and only one died" Soomin was frozen on her spot. So she really killed her child? She's gonna have a twinless twin?
"So I'm still pregnant..?" The nurse nodded, already getting annoyed with the tons of question the girl was asking her
"Now stop asking questions and let me this check-up" the girl looked at her lap and shut her mouth
As soon as she was done, the woman with a short temper went out but was stopped by one last question "can I know the gender?" The nurse sighed
"It's all written in the folder beside you" she left to call whoever was outside anxiously waiting
"Princess.." her eyes closed shut after hearing his voice again, not him
"Princess? How can you call me like that after talking about me behind my back and even saying bullshits—" Jungwon cutted her off by placing his lips on hers, he didn't wanted to start arguing again after what happened. He was too tired for it
Won was outside for fourteen hours or so, without sleeping even it was currently two am or eating and drinking
Jungwon wasn't in his right state of mind that week at all, he was distressed and tired and wanted all this drama to end to let his tormented mind rest
Soomin wanted to push him away, but something stopped her from doing so. Maybe it's because of the way his thumb caressed her cheek softly or how his fingers would run trough her fluffly strands that made her give in and eventually kiss him back as her hands rested on his shoulders
"I'm sorry Soomin.... I'm so sorry.. I love you even if it's just the two of us now.." the boy hugged her tighly as he buried his face in the crook of her neck. If only he knew
