sua woke up early to get ready to go out with yedam. she had had breakfast and the bell rang, yedam was smiling, sua smiled back and went outside.
"you look good!"
"oh? you too!"
"let's go?"
"yeah! let's go!"

sua closed the door and both of them walked down the lane, completely not realising haruto stood in front of his door, trying to build up courage to talk about something with sua.

he had seen them going, "well, i guess god doesn't want it that way".

"sua, you know about our basketball team right?"
"i don't know actually, i just know about mashiho, the best player in the team?"
"oh yeah! right! he's the ace!"
"who all are there?"
"my friend doyoung! and you know jeongwoo from section c?"
"yeah! i have seen him in my neighborhood sometimes"
"he is a good player, him and-"

"yedam! you're here!", a guy shouted as he saw yedam and sua entering the basketball court.
yedam smiled and said, "that's doyoung!"

"hey sua!"
"hey, doyoung", sua smiled slightly.
"thanks for coming!"
"good luck!"
doyoung nodded and went back to the players' space. yedam and sua sat down waiting for the match to start.

sua saw the other school's team, "who has catched your attention miss sua?"
sua pointed at a puppy. "a puppy?", yedam laughed.
"yeah, it's cute"
"i guess it belongs to their captain", sua nodded.

"who is our captain?", sua asked, yedam looked around to search for the captain. "he isn't here yet"
"who?"
yedam pointed at the entrance. "he's here", he said uninterested.

sua looked in the direction to see watanabe brothers coming. "which one?"
"the one who is wearing the jersey of course"
"he plays basketball?", sua asked. yedam laughed and nodded, "he's doing the best in the team after mashiho"
"then why isn't mashiho the captain?"
"he is more like the coach for the team"
sua nodded and felt someone sit beside her.

she looked beside her to see yoshi smiling. "hey"
"hey, i didn't know you'd be here"
"my friend wanted me to come with him"
"i see, enjoy"
sua nodded and looked towards the court to see haruto looking at his brother and mouthing, "shoot it well!"
she looked beside her to see yoshi nodding.

she then looked back at haruto to see him smiling, she awkwardly showed him a thumbs up. he nodded and went towards his team. yoshi took out the camera and started recording, smiling elegantly. sua was dazed by him. she didn't realize she was staring the whole time.

yedam interrupted her dreams, "yoshi sunbae, i'm a big fan of yours! i also want to get the highest scores in the school", offering to shake yoshi's hand.

yoshi smiled and shook his hand, yedam kept fanboying since then. sua sighed and sighed, "yedam, do you want to move over here?"
yedam nodded, sua got up. yoshi held her hand, sua turned to look at him. when the umpire's whistle was blown off. sua flinched and looked in the direction to see haruto blowing it. yoshi left her hand, haruto took the mic and said, "whistle testing, whistle testing", everyone laughed and cheered his name.

sua sat down at her own seat, yedam whispered, "you got my hopes up for no reason", sua chuckled. yoshi glared at the both and said, "i'll come in the middle".sua shook her head, "not anymore!".

the match began. the game's result was kind of predicted, the trio of prestige high basketball ball team, haruto, mashiho and jeongwoo had already scored one basket each. sua was bored, she said, "there's just no suspense anymore"
"wah- atleast we are winning!"
"it's like 3:1! level up guys!", sua shouted but was then embarrassed.

"did i say that out loud?", yoshi chuckled with a nod. "it's okay, it was cute", sua could've died right there and then, but she sat down, calming her heart.
"4:1! go doyoung! go doyoung!", yedam cheered.
sua was happy about the goal but she was bored. "even that puppy could play better than it's owner", she mumbled.

haruto was very confident about winning, there were only five minutes left for the first half to end when a groan was heard from the crowd, everyone looked down to see a honeycomb of players. everyone stood up to see what was happening. sua kept sitting down and said, "foul play, these idiots should be punished!"
"what?" yoshi was confused.
"a guy from their team pushed haruto intentionally"
yoshi was shocked and got up to run down, when the crowd cleared and it was decided to extend the break and disqualify the player who pushed haruto.

"yes, red card!" yedam shouted. the three friends went to the players' area to check upon haruto. yoshi stopped and said, "you stay outside, these men wouldn't be wearing shirts"
"i know, it's understandable, they might be sweating"
"but haruto-"

just as she said that, haruto came outside, smiling. one could see him struggling to walk, yoshi held his hand. "you're not playing the next half, are you?", yoshi asked.
"i will play it"

"you won't", sua said with a poker face. "why?"
"this would get worse", she pointed at his foot.
haruto said, "i'll take care of it all together, after winning the game"
"you're not playing", she dragged him inside.
"ow, it hurts"
he sat down and looked at her. "we might have someone for the replacement", sua smiled.
"who?"

"oh no please don't call sieun-", yoshi exclaimed. sua chuckled and said, "but she can play-"
"let me play"
"no, you'll hurt yourself!"
"you'd be such a dominating wife"
as he said so, everyone looked at them.

"what did you say haruto?", mashiho asked.
"nothing!" jeongwoo calmed everyone down.
"everyone outside now!", the coach called.

sua glared at haruto, he smiled awkwardly. yoshi said, "haruto, you shouldn't be joking-"
"why not hyung?", he asked bluntly.

sua bent down and looked at haruto's swollen leg. she smiled and said, "remember when i fell down the swing when she pushed me?"
haruto nodded and said, "you still played right?"
sua sighed and nodded. "i'll come back after winning"

"sua let him be, my brother is stubborn", she chuckled and they all went out.
