"park sua, catch me if you can!"
a small boy said and ran in the park. sua followed him, giggling and smiling.

"yah! slow down!"
"i crossed the line already! you lost! hahaha!"
"i lost?"
sua raised her eyebrow and approached the boy slowly and started tickling him, he held her forehead and pushed her to keep her hands away.
"shortie, this is not something you should try to do!"
"but-"

"ruto-yah! time to go home!"
a woman shouted from behind, sua bowed towards her, gaining a smile from her.

"sua, shall we take you home too?"
"no, i'll wait for my mother. thanks for asking."

"do you want me to wait with you?"
"i wouldn't want you to ruin-"
"you would've agreed if it were yoshi hyung"
the boy pouted and ran towards his mother, he walked away without looking back once.

sua sat down waiting for her mother, but it turned dark soon, no one came for her.

present time

it was lunch time, sua packed her books, yedam said, "come with me"
"where?"
"don't ask, just come"
they stood up, when a girl asked, "grandma, where are you going with this handsome guy?"
sua looked down. yedam rolled his eyes, "grandma? you? i mean look at your wrinkles-"
everyone started laughing, even haruto from the last seat.

sua sighed and shook her head signalling yedam not to. he nodded and held her hand. she smiled and started following him to the door when someone bumped into her at the door, "grandma has a weak eyesight", haruto whispered in her ear and continued walking out.

sua sighed and looked at yedam who seemed pissed, he took her to the basketball court.
"why did you bring me here?"
"i just wanted you to show the preparations for the game during summer vacation, my best friend doyoung is playing too! will you come cheer for him? he actually has a crush on you", yedam whispered the last line.
"i would've came anyways, you don't have to lie to me for that"
"i'm not lying!"
"i'll go eat lunch then? it looks pretty, the court"
"alright, see you sua"

sua walked towards the cafeteria to see her sister waiting for her and staring at her plate, she smiled and was about to approach her when someone else sat in front of her sister, resulting her to smile.
"she was probably waiting for him, and not me, i wonder how many guys in a week"

sua sighed and found herself a seat. she was eating peacefully when someone came to sit in front of her. everyone left their own food and looked in the direction of her seat. sua looked up and smiled a bit.
"i'm sorry, i didn't meddle in the morning"
"it's okay, you don't need to be sorry"
"why are you eating so less?"
"i wasn't very hungry"
"you should still eat more"
yoshi said and placed his veggies in her plate. sua looked up to him and pouted, "why the veggies though? you could've-"
yoshi smiled, sua couldn't speak more and continued eating.

it's the same everyday.

both of them were done eating, sua looked up, yoshi said, "come, i'll take you to your class"
"your class starts earlier-"
"i have library period"
sua nodded and followed yoshi.

yoshi stopped in mid-way and waited for sua to go in front of him. she looked at him with a confused expression, "why are you so slow?"
"i'm sorry", sua said rubbing her nape.

yoshi chuckled and shook his head, she smiled awkwardly and speed walked. yoshi waved at her before going to the library.

sua went inside to see yedam's surprised face, she chuckled. "i know you tell me everyday, but it's still hard to believe you're friends with yoshi sunbae"
"why? i don't match his standards?"
"no- i meant- you don't really have friends so-"
sua nodded.

after the bell rang, she could feel the annoying strong smell of deodorant in the class, she hated it. "haruto, pay attention"
"how much do i have to pay to attention?", haruto asked taking his wallet out.
"mind your jokes in the class, it's not funny"
"it's not funny but everyone's laughing? weird"

haruto smirked and sat down. sua looked back to catch him looking at her, his eyes warmed and his facial muscles tensed down as he saw her looking back.

yedam said, "you can get the notes from yoshi sunbae"
"why?"
"you can top-"
"overcome his scores by using his strategies? no, i want to do it on my own"
yedam nodded with a smile.

the teacher said, "i hope you all are ready for your exams, the syllabus ends here, your summer vacation will begin after the exams so attempt with all your potential. not only sua, but everyone else should get good scores this time"
sua looked up at the teacher to see her smiling at her. sua smiled back.

after the teacher went away, a girl came up to her, "why can't you get average scores like everyone else in the class! do you know how much we suffer because of you?"

"is it her fault that you're dumb?" yedam asked with an eyebrow raise.
sua sighed, the girl said, "why do you always speak for her?"
"because she is my friend!"
"you-"

"jasmine, good luck for your mid-terms", sua said with a smile.
haruto laughed, everyone's attention was diverted at him. he turned back to poker face and walked out of the class, embarrassed.

this is how sua's day goes, dealing with people she doesn't like, people speaking on behalf of her, receiving soothing words from her crush, studying, studying and studying.
