haruto turned around smiling to see an unexpected person, "excuse me?" "haruto! it's me, nayoung, you don't remember me?" "why did do what you just did?" "come on haruto! you cannot say that to me! everyone knows you had a crush on me for a while, you liked that didn't you?" "shut up? i never had a crush on you, please clear your delusional thoughts" "but- haruto, just because i wasn't in the school for a few months you forgot us?" "forgot what?" "we were the it couple in the-" haruto sighed and walked back toward the stage without letting her complete.
he reached to find the ceremony had just begun, he went to stand beside his mother. he took out a deep breath and glanced around to see sua standing in front of him.
haruto's pov
i saw sua standing in front of me, she was-, i was in lost of words after seeing her. she wasn't wearing her glasses, she had her hair down unlike regular days. she had slight makeup on, she seemed genuinely happy. i was unknowingly smiling at her. jeongwoo slightly hit my arm, "just go stand there", he whispered. i nodded and walked towards their table.
sua noticed me and smiled, she then looked towards the stage. "you won't say-" "shush", she said as she focused on the stage. haruto pouted and said lowering his voice, "i searched everywhere for you", he got no reply.
"i now declare you both as husband and wife", everyone clapped. haruto clapped as well, he was interrupted by sua crying. he looked at her with concern, she turned to him and cried, "what happened? are you still jealous?", sua shook her head.
"then?" "m-my sister is married now haruto!", sua cried, haruto couldn't help but laugh. sua hit him slightly, "d-don't laugh at me!" haruto held his ear. sua cleaned her tears from his sleeve, haruto sighed in disappointment. "where did you go with yedam?" "to.." "to..?" sua smiled, haruto raised his eyebrow. sua held his hand. "yeah?" sua kept smiling. "not working, just tell me?" "later", sua said swinging their arms.
"now the groom may kiss the bride!", the priest said. everyone cheered, sua looked at the stage. she took a deep breath and she knew she was happy for her sister and yoshi, even if she had felt things for yoshi earlier, but she didn't now, she was happy for him and wanted to support them.
yoshi looked flustered while sieun was already pouting with her eyes closed, everyone laughed. haruto looked at sua, "you're okay?" "yes i am!" "sure?" sua looked at haruto and nodded with a smile. haruto nodded and placed his aem around her shoulder.
yoshi kissed sieun, haruto checked on sua and he was assured that sua was fine with it.
sua shouted, "now, yedam!" the flower petals fell over on the couple. sua chuckled in tears and everyone clapped. sua showed a thumbs up to yedam. haruto looked at her with an admiring smile. "because of this?", sua nodded. haruto said, "i want to tell you about someone-" "yeah?" "when i was looking for you-"
"haruto! come here for once!", mrs.watanabe shouted. sua nodded, "tell me later". haruto sighed and went to his mother, "get on the stage now" "is it my turn finally?" "yes!" haruto smiled and got on the stage excitedly.
mrs.park told sua to go on the stage, haruto was a complete gentleman when it came to helping her up the platform. sua was smiling all the time, "i can't believe it is real-" "i assure you i feel the extreme of what you do" haruto said holding her hand. sua smiled.
haruto placed the ring on her ring finger, sua chuckled. haruto whispered, "let this be the next version of that hairpin, just keep this with you all the time, the only difference is, it is confirmed this is from me, not from yoshi hyung" sua nodded with teary eyes.
haruto smiled and placed his hand in front of her, she placed the ring on his finger. "thank you haruto, for unconditionally being there for me all the time", haruto cleared his throat. "i love you". sua looked up at him with flushed face, haruto chuckled. sua nodded and mumbled, "me too" "what did you say?" sua hit him slightly.
jeongwoo shouted, "did you guys forget you're in public?" they both glared at him, jeongwoo chuckled, "continue continue".
haruto shouted, "mom, is there something like engagement kiss?!", as he held sua's hands and pulled her a little closer making her flustered.
everyone else laughed at his question. sua ran down the stage. haruto sighed. "i'm sorry- i should've taken care, she doesn't like public affection".
there was a ball dance after the ceremony. everything ended up well. most of the guests have left, sua roamed around with her heels in her hand. haruto looked at her and chuckled. "what happened?" "i want to sleep so bad!" "wait for sometime, we are going home"
the kids were going home in the same car. it seemed like a dejavu scene as sieun sat in the front. sua in between of the two guys. sieun was so happy and lost in her own world. yoshi said, "sua is asleep-", haruto shushed him. sua's head wobbled and fell on yoshi's shoulder.
things end up where they belong. for no reason, haruto thought this and felt insecure. haruto placed sua's head on his shoulder instead, yoshi chuckled. sua moved closer to haruto and held his waist, he smiled and held her head. "me too", sua mumbled, haruto chuckled.
