chp 3 part 2

mathews pov-

As i held his body down he wouldn't stop trashing it was non stop until one of the healers brought a small herbal blend to his mouth causing his body to stop moving.

mathews-"healers tell me what we need to do ?!"

"my king its not as simple as a normal birth he needs the child cut out because there is no way out natrually ok but  i am afraid he must be awake so lets prep then wake him up slowly"

mathew-"what do you mean cut out thats insane he'll bleed out !"

"my king unless we start now and keep him calm ok got it"

mathew-"your right begin with preparations"

as the 3 healers ran around the large tent grabing water ,tools, and other need items they slowly cleaned his body and began checking if everything was in order as one nurse stood over his abdomen she handed me a thick cloth.

"my king when we wake him place this cloth in his mouth so he does not bite his tounge when we start the procedure ok "

mathews-"understood"

"good my king ladys give him the herbs to wake him up"

as the ladys came over and placed a small cloth full of herbs near his nose his eyes slowly opened.

mathew-"hallow listen you need to bear with whats about to happen do you understand ok i am putting this in your mouth so you can bear with it"

as i spoke he slowly nodded wearily as if he would pass out again but he complied in opening his mouth i placed the cloth in and told them he was ready and held his hand tight but as i looked over and saw the healer slowly slice his lower stomach i felt hallow tense and shake with intensity.

when i looked at him his face had changed majorly sense a few seconds his eyes now wide and skin pale.

mathew-"hey its ok your doing great i know it hurts just a a little more ok"

but in response all i received  was muffled whines and screams which in the end brought a strong pain in me he didn't have to go through this he could have gotten rid of it but no his loyalty for me was more important then anything why?

"my king this might take a bit longer then expected so please try to comfort him please"

as i looked up from hallow the healer seemed to be strugling as she had both hands in hallows stomach the near sight of it would normally not bother me but the urge to scream or puke came on very suddenly.

mathew-"hallow not very long ok just hang on ok"

his eyes seemed vauge and tired he was painting painfully and was near death it looked to be.

"my king the child is ..."

but before the healer finished a loud wail broke through the large tent and everything suddenly felt strange.

as i turned the healer in charge of getting the baby stood there holding a wailing infant red and puffy with short tuffs of red hair and a small tail resembling hallows.

"everyone heal him as i go clean and check the infant ok"

as the women began doing so i took the thick clothe from hallows mouth he looked clamy and exhausted.

hallow-"what...is it.."

his voice rough let out the question as tears left his eyes .

mathew-"hallow rest you are almost at deaths doors ok ill go check and tell you when you wake up ok'

he looked at me then nodded and finally rested into a sleep

as got up and followed to the other part of the tent where soft cooeing was now heard replacing the wails i saw the small bundle laying on a pile of pillows  as the healer used magic to check over the infant.

"my king the child is healthy but appears have beastman characteristics which might cause..."

mathew-"as if it matters what is it tho?"

"a healthy princess my king "

as i came closer the healer left to attend on hallow i saw the young puffy baby reach its hands up and giggling at the sealing.

her face was a carbon copy of mine which was good but as she squrmed her eyes opened showing bright crystal blue eyes identical to hallow.

mathew-"hello my lady "

her face lit up as i said the phrase and hands went to grab my face i scooped up the baby with ease as she cooed and giggled with every word i said as i rocked her slowly like second nature.

as i walked back to where hallow is i saw he was now fully clothed in comfortable clothes and cleaned up with a cold rag on his head.

and as i went to sit next to him the nurses went to depose of used tools.

"my king he needs rest so tell us when he wakes up and we have asked some of the men to fetch a crib for the princess"

mathew-"i will and thank you all for taking care of him and the heir"

"its are pleasure"

as the women left i sat there waiting for anything to happen but as time passed that night the dream never ended.
