Author pov-

As the week passed leading to the war all the people of Sigrid panicked knowing that soon there kingdom would either be taken or destroyed. And with it came a raise in soliders and knights training in the castle the halls now littered with men in armors and armed weapons roaming to practice or guard duty 24/7
As it neared so did the need for supplies and weapons become apparent as  men loaded up the carts, Hallow stared at them as pounds of arrows and shields slammed the inside of the cart and they did his feather marked of the list of items for each cart.

Hallow pov-

"Hey Hallow is that all the supplies for this one?"

Hallow-"uh yes um bring the next cart around to start loading it up"

"Got it"

As hallow stood there marking the list the king's manors bothered me I I knew he liked me but love it's to much he hasn't even known me that long.

"Hey Hallow stay focus you have to mark the supplies ok"

Hallow-"ya sorry I was just spacing"

And if I were to feel the same what would happen us to together, the consequences if it happened would be horrible and end with my head getting cut off. As I thought the image of my head hitting the ground brought shivers to me,
As I finished up I had to go into town to fetch some more recruits for the war, but as I did so the memory's kept coming back and chewed at my head,
As entered the village on my horse the sound of people gathering with sons and husband for me to recruit came belowing into my sight

Hallow-"ok any strong healthy male is asked to sign up and be trained to protect the kingdom , please step forward if so!"

As soon as I spook a line of people formed by my horse yelling names and familys they had. It was as if the people were being told it was a party not a war and we're coming like bugs to a light.

Hallow-"ok may I have your name?"

I looked up from my paper to see a short woman with a clook and a jeweled ring on her finger on her old hand holding a odd cain.

Hallow-"um madam it is a recruiter for the war not a line for food"

"I know but I sense such a strong soul this way so I followed and found this line which lead to you but not the soul I felt"

Hallow-"madam please understand I have no time for you talking I need to recruit and your holding the line up"

"But sir I am telling you I felt a royal soul and that I should tell you"

Her words sounded like gibberish it was as if she was insane her words made no sense.

"I felt it in you good sir"

As she said the words my body felt off
In me no she's just crazy she's a old crazed lady there's no way  I am she's just insane.

Hallow-"madam if I have to warn you one more time I will have to arrest you"

"But sir the soul the soul is not safe understand please understand!"

Hallow-"guards!!"

Her yelling wouldn't stop as she was draged away here words shocked me to my core making it hard to focus

"The soul in you is in danger!"

What does that mean?!

My head was now racing fast as I realized what the small elderly lady was saying.

"Sir knight are you ok?"

Hallow-"uh no um please wait till tomorrow I will be back for the rest of you"

"Sir knight are you feeling ok you look sick?"

My hands now sweaty as I held tightly to the reins of the horse.

Hallow-"yes and good day sir"

I monovered my horse as I turned and sped straight to the castle, my heart pounding harshly as  my body shakes with fear.

Ed-"if you are pregnant I will kill it"

His words played like a terrible melody over and over again as I bounced in to the castle stables.
He must never know I must make sure it's true I need to .

As my thoughts happened as I walked into the castle the sudden need to throw up came fast causing me to run to my chambers to empty my stomach.

The acid filled the toilet over again as the throwing up wouldn't stop I laid there on the toilet trying to stay awake and figure it out but as I could tell that old lady was right

I am pregnant.

Beast man unlike humans do not have a full 9 months they are like animals and like animals have a very short pregnancy period so nausea weight gain and cravings all come really fast and only last 5 months in which on the 6 month usually give birth.
So Hallow getting sick is not to early cause he is a beastman and does not mean something is wrong so don't worry guys.
