I stumbled into the secluded room, dropping the idiots with a deep breath as I quickly went over to a cupboard, taking out two things of bandages while muttering profanities.

I used what little I knew of Medical Jutsu to help stop my bleeding. "Here, let me."

En came over and put his hands over the large and deep injury I'd acquired, trying his best to heal it up. "Stop, that's good enough. Don't waste Chakra."

I pushed En away gently before wrapping my waist up with the white bandages that were slowly getting a small tint of red from what little blood was left. "So, why do you guys wanna follow me so much? I know you aren't just here to help me."

They didn't say anything. Instead, both boys started at everything but me. "Speak! You're risking your lives for nothing?!"

"The Mist ninja... killed our mom."

I've asked too many questions. I don't want a backstory, I can't get attached to boys who I'm almost sure are gonna die by following me around.

Though I can't be sure that I haven't grown attached already. This is getting far too dangerous.

"I'm sorry. But that doesn't mean you can risk your lives for nothing. Revenge isn't something anyone should want, it only results in emptiness."

I walked around the room, grabbing some food pellets and new kunai to replace the ones I'd lost. After restocking I pulled out the vile I'd grabbed, looking at it with a feeling of relief.

"What is that stuff anyway?" Tetsu walked up to me and I held the concoction above his head.

"This is vital to my village's research. The Mist has been keeping it away from us for months."

"Ooh! Lemme see!" One of the boys reached out and I backed my hand away from him with a grumble.

"No. Now come on, we're dropping you off at your village and I'm going back home to some fresh food." I stuffed the vile back into my bag and started walking off.

"Wait Uchih-" The sudden cut-off of Tetsu made me pause, turning to see the boys were gone.

"Uchiha~" My name echoed around me in a small whisper and I felt my blood run cold. Fog. It's getting foggy.

"Dammit! Boys hold on!" I quickly whipped out a kunai, standing stationary to the ground. "Come at me you damned Mist ninja! Leave those two alone!"

"Such a pretty face~"

I went silent, deciding to listen instead of yell. Okay, y/n think.

Just when I was about to sacrifice the boys for the sake of my mission I heard their cries flow out into the surrounding space of fog. I flinched at the sound of it.

"Oi, aren't you looking for this?" I reached into my bag and pulled out the vile. "Something important or what."

"Hand it over~"

I smirked, dropping the glass. "Come get it."

It was quick but I saw the small shadow appear before my feet and I quickly swiped my foot, coming in contact with something solid. Bingo.
