"She is so beautiful" I think to myself, admiring her and everything she is.

Luciel's POV:
"I should have told her when I had the chance. Why didn't I tell her. She deserved to know how her parents..." I sigh in frustration. My decisions have cost me her trust; something we need most. Their deaths' shouldn't affect her as much as they are. She barely knew them and only has one picture of them. This is ridiculous really, but I am the terrible one for keeping secrets from my sister.
"Hey Luciel! Wait up!" Jorlore signaled me. He is half-human half-alicorn with the body of a human and the wings and abilities of an alicorn. Alicorns are a Pegasus and unicorn mixture. They have special magical abilities and healing powers. Alicorn and human mixes are kinda like angels, since they have angel-like powers. "Hey." He says out of breath.
"Hey how's things?" I flash a smile to hide my thoughts.
"What's wrong?" He gives me a hard stare.
"Nothing. Why do you ask." I put on a poker face and stare him down.
"I see straight through you Luciel. You know I could just read your mind?" Jorlore jokes.
"Yeah, but you won't." I begin kicking rocks and pebbles along the red brick road. Jorlore hates to read into people's minds. He thinks of it as an invasion of privacy, like he himself wouldn't want others reading his mind without permission. We go sit on a bench in the cemetery.
"True, true. So really Lucy, what's wrong? Keeping secrets from your best friend. Tsk tsk sweet girl. That's naughty naughty." This caused me to blush.
"Don't talk down to me jerk." Playfully, I punch him in the arm.
"Oh hush Santa's little elf." He turns and kisses my temple. Just a friendly kiss though.
"Whatever hybrid scum." We place friendly insults and I lay my head on his shoulder.
"Love ya Lucy." Our hands intertwine.
"Love you too Luke." Luke is his middle name and he only allows me to say it, as I only allow him to call me Lucy.
"Hey Luciel?" Jorlore says into my hair.
"Yeah?" Though he gave no hint of a problem in his tone, I knew this was serious.
"D-do yo-ou li-like m-me?" He stuttered.
I didn't mean to but I gasped and fell off the bench when he said this.
"Oh my Luciel! I didn't mean to! I swear!" I get up and stop his nervous ramble by cupping his face in my hands.
"Jorlore Luke Maylem, I do like you." I leaned in, in spite myself, and kissed him.
