Soon you were the only one in the hospital room, after Nick Fury dropped the bomb on you he left the room. After that Doctor Banner and then Doctor Cho had done a few more tests on you just to make sure you were all good and healthy.

It took a lot of reassurance from the doctors, they knew that you were very terrified in that moment which was expected. Being as the last time you had 'tests' done were when you were in the hold of HYDRA. They were nice though and they talked you through it all.

After deeming that you were all good and healthy, they left the room, leaving you all alone.

You were still seated on the bed, having pulled your knees up to your chest, resting your chin on your knees. You were clad in a white shirt with an odd little logo on the front and baggy grey sweatpants, very new clothing that you weren't use to, but it was comfortable so you weren't complaining. Your gaze was stuck to the stark white bedsheets, eyes not moving from the cotton.

Without realizing you nervously started to bite the skin from the sides of your nails, rocking back and forth ever so slightly. You were desperately trying to wrap your brain around everything, trying to remember the last things that happened to you.

The last thing you really remember was the pain, the pain they caused you mentally and physically.

You don't know how long you sat there in thought, time seemed to be not something you can't hold on to anymore. Time was faster than you thought and also so slow.

A gentle knock was then heard through the room, you tore your gaze from the blanket to the door. In walked another nurse, the nurse smiled sweetly to you. "Hello darlin'." Her voice was laced with a thick southern accent, not something you often hear in New York. "My name is Tessa," She started to speak, walking inside the room.

Her hair was tied back in a bun, it was a light blonde color, her cheeks and nose were dusted with freckles and upon her face was a pair of glasses. "I brought you some extra clothes just incase you wanted to take a shower." As she spoke she walked closer to the bed, in her hands were neatly folded clothing. As she got closer you felt your body tense.

You were thankful Doctor Banner had unhooked the medical equipment because you were sure that your heart rate monitor would be starting to elevate.

The nurse placed the folded laundry on top of the sheets before motioning to the other door in the room, "In there is a bathroom, if you need me press this little button." As she spoke she moved to the side of the bed, pointing at a little red button.

And like that she was off and out of the room, the door closing with a click.

Once again you felt the feeling of being watched, causing you to once again look towards where the big mirror was. It was an odd place for a mirror to be, why would a hospital room need such a big mirror? With furrowed brows you shuffled off the bed, dizziness overwhelmed you the moment you stood up, causing you to fall back down to the bed on your bottom.

With a deep inhale you stayed seated for a moment before huffing and standing up once more, but this time slower.

It was the first time you fully moved your body in the last 70 something years, you should probably take it slow.

One foot in front of the other, step after step you were now standing in front of the mirror.

Unbeknownst to you on the other side of the 'mirror' was Steve and Bucky, but they didn't appear as calm as you were. Steve's face was red in anger as he was standing in front of Nick Fury, Bucky to the side of him with furrowed brows and arms crossed over his chest.

"Were you ever gonna tell us she was here?" Steve spat out to Nick.

Said male was stood expressionless, he had expected this kind of reaction from the boys. With an arched brow Nick sighed. "Are you done yelling at me, Captain?" He questioned, which caused Bucky to roll his eyes. "Listen, we needed to make sure she was going to wake up from the cryo." He started to explain.
