Three days later, Liliana woke up to the bright morning sun creating a warm glow throughout her room.

Moving into a sitting position she rubbed the sleep from her eyes before stretching her aching muscles hearing her joints click and crack as she moved.

As a satisfied sigh escaped her lips, a beeping sound emitting from her phone alerted her of a message she had received but wasn't surprised that it was Yuri who had sent the message.

'Morning Lily, happy birthday. Just to let you know that I hope you have gotten your arse out of bed because today I plan on taking you out somewhere, but before you say anything it will be some place that is quiet so you don't have to worry about there being too many people around. Oh and one more thing I hope you don't mind me bringing a surprise guest with us, anyway see you soon.'

Reading the message Liliana couldn't help but giggle, her friend was certainly one of a kind but what she thought most about was what Yuri had in store for her, where they would be going and who was the person she was going to bring along.

Putting her phone to one side, Liliana hopped out of bed as she began getting ready for the day ahead deciding to take a shower first. For a few minutes, she found herself feeling relaxed and calm as she began thinking about the day ahead and what it could involve.

Before long Liliana had left the shower and made a start on picking out something to wear, but she soon realised that was going to be a difficult task. Having lots of clothes and many possible combinations she wasn't sure what to pick, and before she could make a final decision there was a knock at the door.

However, before she could even start to get dressed it was a matter of seconds before the front door opened and Yuri's footsteps were coming closer towards the room for the door flung wide open surprising Francis.

"Woah, Jeez Yuri, slow down you scared the hell out of me.", she replied from jumping out of her skin.

Yuri just smirked, "Yeah well, It's always funny to see it when you practically jump as high as the ceiling when I make you jump. Anyway, what are you still doing getting dressed come on let's get going!"

"Oh haha, well I'm glad you find it funny missy."

An hour later and the pair were on their way to the location that Liliana was still trying to find out about.

"Come on Yuri, please tell me where we are going I've already seen the basket in the back full of food and drink and I know you've organised something.", she asked pleading with her friend.

"Liliana I've told you already that I'm not telling you because it's a surprise for your birthday my friend, so just wait a bit we won't be much longer."

Liliana giggled and held her hands up in surrender, "Okay, okay, I give up I won't ask for any more clues."

The two friends continue to laugh and joke until Liliana began paying attention to the road, and the surroundings seeing that before long Yuri had pulled off of the main road they were on and had turned down a country road that was now surrounding them with beautiful blossom trees.

"Yuri, what is this place? It looks amazing!"

"You'll see in a moment."

Within a few minutes, Yuri had parked the car as Liliana gasped at the sight of the view.

With a big grin on her face, Yuri stepped out of the car followed suit by Liliana before grabbing the picnic basket, tables and chairs from the boot of the car.

However, seeing that there was an extra chair only made Liliana confused.

"Who's the extra chair for?"

"I told you didn't I? Someone would be coming along, besides, you'll know them when you see them."

Liliana was now very curious as to who it would be as the two of them found a spot to set everything up and soon made a start at setting the table and for the next few moments, Liliana waited in anticipation as to who it would be."
