Thirty Six

After listening to Do Hwan read a few chapters from her favorite book, it had gotten her thinking about names for their little girl. They had yet to pick a name out for her and Lily wondered if Do Hwan had thought about any names and if there were any that he liked.

"Do Hwan?"

"Yeah?"

"I've been thinking I realised that we haven't thought of a name for this little monkey yet I wondered if you thought of anything", she asked looking at him lifting her head off of his chest.

"Yeah, you're right. I tried thinking of a few names but I wasn't sure about them because I wanted to ask you if would want to give her a Korean, English or Irish name.", he replied taking her hand in his.

"I see, okay... how about we brainstorm pick the names we like the most from each country and then see if we can narrow it down to our favorites?"

"I think Jagiya, that is a very good Idea."

With eagerness filling her bones and a bright smile on her face she pulled out her notebook from her bedside table before the couple began going over names and narrowing them down to the few names that they liked the most.

Over a short amount of time going over names and crossing some out, they had found one name they found stood out the most to them, an Irish name.

"Jagi, what did you say that name was again?", he asked pointing to the name in question towards the bottom of the list.

"Oh, this one It's Eaven, it means beautiful in Irish."

"Well I don't know about you but I think It perfect."

"Really? you really like It?"

"Yes, I really do I really like it darling.", he said as he kissed her forehead.

Lily could only giggle with happiness as a bright smile appeared on her face as she leaned into Do Hwan quickly getting a passionate kiss from him, pulling her a little closer she felt his hand find it's way onto her stomach.

"I love it too.", she replied.

"Then It's settled, we have a name for our little girl. Hello Eaven do you like your name your name sweetheart?"

No sooner as those words had left his mouth Do Hwan instantly began to feel movement as she moved and kicked his palm giving him the answer to his question and he couldn't stop smiling, "I'll take that as a yes."

Later that day once night had fallen Do Hwan and Lily were snuggled up together watching TV when he soon decided to put his plan into action. Getting up off the sofa and walking to the kitchen he grabbed two cups from the cupboard when he heard Lily speak up.

"What you up to?", she asked wondering what he was doing.

"You'll find out in a minute darling", he replied.

He returned moments later with two hot drinks in each hand as he gestured for her to follow him.

"Come on, I wanna show you something"

Lily followed Do Hwan to the front door. He set the cup's down on the hallway table and opened the door and helped Lily sit down on the doorstep before retrieving their hot drinks and sitting down beside her.

Do Hwan gave Lily her drink as she began to understand what was happening.

"Ooh, hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream. Is this the surprise?"

Do Hwan smiled and shook his head, "it's not just that.. look up", he said softly pointing up at the night sky.

Lily gasped as she looked up seeing many, many stars, "Oh Do Hwan, it's beautiful".

"Just like you", he said sealing the night with a kiss.

Lily chuckled and felt her cheeks becoming red, "flatterer"..
