Percy sat at the hospital with hospital people coming to check on him. Percy hadn't been to any medical center since he was 12.
"What are your symptoms?"
"I want to get out of here."
"Do you feel any sort of pain?"
"Where is my stuff? I want to leave."
"Boy we still haven't had the pleasure of getting a name of we just want to make sure you are okay. You just woke up from a coma."
"It was two days. It is not a coma."
"That's not normal," the physician stated.
"Is anyone's life normal?"
The physician let out a frustrated breath and stormed out of the room. "I can't work with sassy teenagers."
Percy was laying down when a man walked in. He had a kind smile and eyes. "My name is Elizabeth, and I have a few questions for you."
She flashed a FBI badge at him. Percy sighed. Oh great he woke up and he was going to get an interrogation. He wondered what the mist made them see.
"If I don't feel like talking to the doctors what makes you think I want to talk to you," Percy sassed.
"I will come back later." That was all she said before she went to make a phone call. Hmm, weird.
The doctor came back with his belongings. Percy was going to grab it but the doctor held it away from him. "Answers first. Are you in pain?"
"I am fine," Percy said.
The doctor shrugged. "I guess you really don't want your backpack."
"Fine I have a headache and my body feels sore, but that's it."
The doctor looked satisfied and gave him his backpack.
"Now, onto the name."
"Aren't you supposed to do introductions first," Percy asked.
The doctor let out a breath. "Difficult patient."
"Oh no, am I dying doctor," Percy asked, sarcastically.
"You know that is not what I meant."
"How am I supposed to know when you don't say what you mean?" Percy smiled innocently at the doctor.
"I think I liked it better when you were sleeping."
"Wow, that's not a good doctor. I could have in danger for..."
"I am done. I have grown older having this conversation."
Percy acted like he was surprised. "That is how aging works. You didn't know. I am surprised you are a doctor."
"Kid," the doctor grumbled. "Just go back to the topic. I don't know how we diverted so much off topic."
"I have ADHD. I go off topic a lot," Percy said. The doctor nodded wrote that down.
"Any other medical stuff I should know about."
"I have dyslexia, but I don't think that falls under medical need to know stuff. He wrote that down anyway."
"Name," the doctor asked.
"Persassy."
"So I take it you mean Perseus or Percy."
"Perseus is my full name but no one calls me that except people who are trying to kill me."
The doctor looked up. "Is there something we need to talk about."
Percy laughed. "I was joking. You know how people call people there full name when they are angry." Percy was lying through his teeth, but his happy demeanor seemed to win over the doctor.
"Last name."
"Jackson."
"Mother's name."
"Sally Jackson."
The doctor looked up at Percy, but didn't say anything. He kept on nodding and looking at his chart. All Percy could think of was going back to his mom. "Do I have to pay for treatment? I want to get home to my mom. I haven't contacted for two days."
The doctor seemed to want to want to say something but then he stopped. "You don't have to pay. Someone is covering your bill for you. Do you want to call your mom."
Percy shook his head. He couldn't risk another monster attack while he was recovering from the last battle. Of course, he didn't notice the doctor finding this strange.
Elizabeth she FBI agent was a SHEILD agent sent by SHEILD to monitor him. She had placed a listening device and was listening in a copying his exact words for Fury and Natasha.
The doctor came out and relayed what happened when there was silence on Percy's part.
It was strange the way that Percy did not want to call his mom. Since they got his name they got to look at his file.
