Set in the middle of season 16 but Amelia is not pregnant with Link

"Hey are you all up for dinner tonight at my place?" Meredith asked
"Yes why not" everyone said and then Link took Amelia by the hand and led her out of the room which Owen saw and he hated it! He was jealous even though he didn't assume it he was and he still had feelings for Amelia but he had made a mistake he chose the safe option, Teddy and now he regretted it but what he didn't know was that Amelia felt the same way he did
"I don't want to go" Link said to Amelia
"Do what you want but I'm going" she replied
"I wanted to take you to dinner, just you and me" he said
"We can go another time, I want to spend some time with my friends" Amelia said
"It's unbelievable you never want to spend time with me I'm your boyfriend damn it ! " Link said
" you know what I don't even know if I want you to be... " Amelia said
"Excuse me?" he said
"We don't want the same, you want a stable relationship and something serious and I'm not ready for that I can't love someone" she said
"So you've been with me all this time without loving me, I'm in love with you Amelia I'd give anything for you" Link said
" Link we have known each other for 3 months...it's not like we are married " amelia said " and I like you a lot but it's not enough "
"I could have married you if you had stayed" he said
"Do you hear yourself?" she asked "We've been together for three months and you're already talking about marriage, you're moving too fast and that's why it won't work".
"It didn't seem to bother you when you were moving fast with Owen" he said
"Owen and I were not the same" she added
"Tell me why?" he asked
"Stop! You and I are over I'm sorry bye link" Amelia said and walked in another direction
later at dinner
"Where's Link?" Maggie asked
"He and I are over" Amelia said
"Finally!" meredith said and amelia was surprised
"Don't listen to Mer...why Link was a perfect man" Maggie said
"He wants to go too fast! I wasn't ready" Amelia said
"He's not the guy for you" Meredith said
"Mer stop! He was a sweetheart he was perfect for Amelia and at least he never hurt her" Maggie
" shut up if he's so perfect you can fuck him but amelia belongs to someone else" meredith said
" And amelia is going to leave " amelia said
"Meredith why are you doing this" Maggie asked
"Maggie I'm right she still loves Owen and link for her...it meant nothing at all just a way to forget Owen" Meredith said
"You're talking nonsense and Owen is with Teddy!" she said
"yes and why?" meredith asked
"Because he's in love with her" Maggie said
"No because amelia left him so he chose Teddy" meredith said and was totally right
"You're wrong" she said and Jackson walked into the kitchen
"Hey I'm here and whoa what's with the faces what are we talking about?" he asked
"Owen and Amelia or Owen and Teddy?" meredith asked
"Mer this is not a game!" Maggie said
"Shut up and Jackson answers" Meredith said
"Owen is with Teddy" he said
"You didn't answer the question which one you prefer and especially who Owen really likes" Meredith said
"Well Owen and Amelia and they are still in love with each other for sure! Jackson said
"Thank you!" she said and then Teddy and Owen arrived with Alison and Leo
"End of the conversation" Meredith said and went to greet her guests
After a few minutes everyone arrived and Amelia went downstairs and came face to face with Teddy
"Hey!" Teddy said.
"hey!" Amelia replied
"Mhh are you ok?" teddy asked
"Yes and you and Leo and Alison?" Amelia asked to sound nice but in reality she had no desire to talk or sympathize with Teddy
"Yes, perfectly fine, just a little too close to me sometimes " Teddy said and laughed.
"I'll leave you alone I'll go help Meredith" Amelia said and wanted to escape the awkward situation and went into the kitchen
"Pass the food" Meredith said
"Okay guys is there anything new in your lives?" she asked
"No nothing amazing" Jackson said
"Well other than the fact that my husband left me for his ex nothing!" Jo said
"I'm not with Link anymore" Amelia said and Owen immediately raised his head and looked at his ex wife which Teddy noticed and rolled her eyes
"I got a dog" Tom said
"You?" Amelia said and laughed, that laugh thought Owen was the most wonderful sound in the world but he couldn't think like that, not when he was in a relationship
"I'm full of surprises," Tom said, "and do you have any sodas?" he asked.
"Yes, I'll get you one" Amelia said but she got up from the chair she unintentionally kicked Leo
"Oh sorry sweetie I didn't see you" she said
"Mama?" he asked
"Your mama is over there" she said and pointed at Teddy even though deep down it broke her heart to say that
"No she's not, she's not my mom" Leo said and everyone at the table was shocked
"What?" Owen said shocked.
"I want my mama back not Teddy!" Leo said
"You are my mama" he said and hold on to Amelia who was completely shocked but held Leo tight in her arms
"Now that's enough Leo I'm your mother and you stop saying otherwise" Teddy said and slammed his fist on the table
"Are you crazy or what?" Meredith said and Leo's real parents said nothing and were completely shocked
"I'm not crazy, it's just that I don't understand why he keeps calling Amelia mama every time he sees her when I'm his mother not her" she said
"Leo calls Amelia mama and you never told me? Owen asked "How long has it been going on?" he asked but she didn't answer
"How long has it been going on?" he asked again and began to get angry
"Since we moved in together" she said.
"What ?" Amelia and Owen said completely shocked " 5months ?"
"Mommy ? " Leo said and tugged on Amelia's shirt to get her attention "please!" he said and started to cry because he thought his mommy didn't want him anymore "you don't want me anymore?" he asked and Amelia's heart broke so she bent down to Leo's level and looked him in the eyes
"Of course I want you baby, if you want me to be your mommy then I will be" She said and Owen walked around the table and knelt down in front of Amelia and their son
"I want you to be my mommy, you're my only mama" Leo and Amelia started to cry
"I love you so much baby" Amelia said and took Leo in her arms and hugged him tightly
