A time of the year which jennie hated more than anything. She was inlove with jisoo, lady kim jisoo to be exact.

The youngest daughter of the royal kims who are known for their beauty. Irene, the oldest sibling was already married.

Seokjin, already found his match and proposed to the girl he knows would be a great mother and wife.

Jisoo on the other hand wanted to marry for love. And who is she inlove with? Princess jennie kim. The one and only child of the other royal kims who are known for their brains.

They were best friends since they were little, they got a long so well that one day out of curiosity they kissed each other just for 'experience'

And now, years later. They're inlove with each other and are secretly together.

Jennie rolls her eyes and sighs, sitting on the table a little bit far away from the dance floor where she can see her love dancing with some man.

It was supposed to her, lady jisoo was supposed to dance with her. It was undeniable that jisoo was the prettiest girl, every man would want to dance with her.

And now that it's her turn in their family to find a partner. Every prince, duke and males would just grab the opportunity to propose to her and be their wife.

Jennie was already familiar to this feeling, jealousy. She hated to feel it, it was toxic for her and she doesn't want it to be the reason jisoo will leave her.

Well infact, they're gonna break up anyway. They're expected and in need to marry a man.

Jennie had enough and stood up, going up to her room in the palace. Jisoo saw her and immediately followed her, worried.

"Your highness" jisoo closes jennies door, making sure no one would hear or see them.

"It's just the two of us, jisoo" jennie sighs out, turning around and faced jisoo who had a cheeky smile on her face and nods.

"My lady" jisoo says in a sweetest way that made jennies heart flutter, sighing as jisoo pulled her by her hand looking at her.

"Is something wrong?" She asks worriedly, jennie looks down and shakes her head. "What's the problem, jennie. Tell me."

Jennie lifts her head up, and smiles a little. "I'm alright, no need to worry" jisoo eyes her for a moment. Respecting jennie and not wanting to force the girl, she just nod.

Jisoo strokes jennies hair gently, staring at her beauty. "No one in this ball can compare to your beauty, my love. You're the most gorgeous person here" she smiles.

Jennie smiles, blushing a little as she slightly hit jisoos arm. "Don't sugarcoat me with your words, jisoo. Have you seen yourself? Your beauty is undescribable" jisoo giggles and shakes her head.

She held jennies hand softly, placing it in near her heart. "This beats for you and for you only, my jennie. You do not need to worry. I love you" she says, knowing that something was going on in jennies mind.

Jennie looked at her with a frown on her face, "you don't know how much assurance that gave me, I really needed that" jisoo smiles, as she held jennies cheeks.
