Chapter 32 Part 1 (Home)

Casey was sitting in the nursery holding Leslie when he looked at his watch. 'Gabby's been gone for long time' he thought. He stood up and put Leslie in her crib then he got his phone and called Antonio. Antonio picked up the phone. "Hey Antonio, is Gabby still with you? She hasn't come home yet and I'm getting worried." Casey said into the phone. "No Gabby left the station awhile ago. She hasn't come yet? Are you sure?" Antonio said. "Yeah I'm sure she's not home yet." Casey said worriedly. "is she with Brett?" Antonio asked. "I don't know. Let me call her I'll call you back when I find out." Casey told Antonio. Then he hung up the phone and dialed Brett's number. Brett picked up the phone. "Hey Casey what's up?' She said into the phone. "Hey Brett is Gabby with you? Please tell me she is." He said frantically. "No she's not with me. Why? is something wrong?" Brett asked worriedly. "She not with you? Oh no. I don't know where she is. She went to the police station a few hours ago and never came home. But Antonio said that she left the station awhile ago. So if she's not here...and she's not with you or Antonio...Oh no." Casey said placing his head in his hands. "What if that guy got her?" He said to Brett. "I'm sure she's fine Casey she can handle herself. But you should probably go down to the station and talk to Antonio. Do you need me to watch Leslie?" She asked him. "No I think I'll just take her with me. I don't really want to leave her right now. Not that I don't trust you or anything. But-" Brett interrupted him. "Casey it's okay I get it. You want to stay with her right now."

Chapter 32 Part 2 (The Station)

Casey walked into The police station District 21. He walked up to the desk and went to talk to the desk Sargent Trudy Platt. "Hi I'm here to see Antonio Dawson. It's concerning a matter about his sister." Casey said. After a short conversation Platt buzzed him up. When he got up the stairs Antonio ran towards him. "Okay we have a list of suspects for who may have taken Gabby based on the description she was able to give us and the note." Then he looked down at Leslie sleeping silently in her carrier then back up at Casey. "Why did you bring Leslie?" He asked. "I'm just not comfortable being away from her right now." Casey told him. Antonio sighed. "Okay...I get that...don't worry Casey we're gonna find this son of a bitch and we're gonna make him pay. No one hurts my family and gets away with it. And I mean Shay too." Antonio told him firmly.

They had been working for about an hour when Leslie started to cry. Casey rushed over to her and picked her up. He gave her her bottle but she continued to cry. He then tried a few other things but she still continued to cry. "Aww you just want your mommy don't you?" He said as he continued to rock her. "Don't worry we'll find her soon." He cooed trying to calm her. When she continued to cry he turned around and said to Antonio. "I think she's tired...I'm gonna take her home." Casey started to walk away. Then, when he was halfway to the stairs he turned around. "Please find her." He said a scared look on his face. When he walked outside a red car drove up and stopped in front of Casey. The person rolled down the window and Casey gasped.
