A few weeks later Casey was sitting in the lounge of the firehouse playing cards with Otis and Cruz when a woman in a pantsuit walked in. "Can you tell me where to find Chief Boden's office?" She asked. "Yeah sure I'll show you." Cruz said getting up form his chair and motioning for the woman to follow him. After talking to Boden for a few minutes Boden walked out of this office and walked into the lounge. "Casey can you come into my office?" Boden said an intense look of anger on his face as he motioned Casey to follow him. Casey wrinkled this brow. "Okay..." He said confused at Boden's anger. "Something wrong chief?" He said as he followed him. Boden let out an angry breath. "Just follow me" Boden grumbled. The woman in the pantsuit was standing in the corner of Boden's office when Casey walked in. "Casey this is Loretta Davidson." Boden said nostrils flared angrily. Loretta stepped towards Casey. "So you're Matthew Casey?" She said. "Yes" he said and stepped towards her and shook her hand. "Is there something you need me for? Is something wrong?" Casey asked. The woman reached into her purse and pulled out a big packet of papers. Casey looked through the papers. "Is this?" Casey asked. "A lawsuit? Yes it is. You've been served Mr. Casey." She said with a solemn look. Casey looked further through the packet of papers. "Wait...Robert Leonardo? As in the guy who put his hands on my girlfriend and her sister? THAT ROBERT LEONARDO?!" Casey screamed angrily. "Casey calm down screaming doesn't help anything." Boden said obviously trying to hold in his anger. Casey turned his head toward the chief. "But this is ridiculous chief! What can he even be suing me for? I should be the one suing him!" Casey said furious. "Mr. Leonardo is suing you for two counts of assault and battery." The woman said with an expressionless face staring at Casey with her ice blue eyes. Casey grunted angrily. "I don't believe this." Casey said.

Chapter 43 Part 2 (Restaurant/Home)

"Okay the good thing is although they do have a case ...." Casey's lawyer Amira Thompson said brushing a piece of her short curly brown hair behind her ear. "It was to protect two of the women in your life and they were both present at the assaults." She turned towards Gabby and Trini. "So we'll need you two to testify about what happened." She said. "Yeah of course." Dawson said. "Absolutely." Trini said.

A few hours later Dawson,Trini and Brett were sitting in Dawson's apartment talking. "So they're gonna put you two on the stand?" Brett asked. "Yeah they're gonna-" Then they heard Leslie start to cry over the baby monitor. "There she is." Gabby said chuckling. She got up and walked towards the nursery. "Hey baby girl" she said reaching into Leslie's crib and picking her up. "Hoo! Someone needs to be changed!" The smell Leslie's diaper overwhelming her. She walked over to the changing table and changed Leslie's diaper. Afterwards, she walked back into the living room where Trini and Brett were sitting. They both looked over at Leslie and Dawson and smiled. "Awww hi Leslie!" Brett squeaked wrinkling her nose and waving at Leslie. Dawson sat down next to them. "I can't believe I have a niece." Trini said putting her finger in Leslie's small hand to grab. "A year ago it was just my mom and me and now I have a sister, a brother and a niece... it's just unbelievable." Trini said starting to tear up her smile a mile wide.
